The residence was nice, quiet, and private. One thing we noted, though, was that we were completely unable to change to temperature in the room.
It was a strange temp where you got cold sitting out and hot in bed.
The location is phenomenal. You can literally get anywhere within a 5 min leisurely walk.
The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. (Yes, we ate like royalty) and the service was amazing as well. The hospitality exceeded my expectations and some.
I highly recommend this beautiful and special hotel.
Petit hotel molt cèntric on s'hi arriba caminant des de l'estació de tren passant per un parc. L'esmorzar és fa a un altre edifici, un edifici espectacular a tocar del petit.
Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. We had to book an additional room because they cannot accommodate an extra bed for our kids. My kids co-sleep with us so that room was a complete waste. We had to pay double the regular rate, which felt like a complete rip-off. The staff were rude and unfriendly.
The room had a musty smell, the worn-out carpet reeked, and the towels and linens were so thin. This was a horribly overpriced experience at a whopping 435 euros! We should have opted for a 5-star hotel instead. I strongly advise against staying here.
Bruges was magical except for this Duke’s hotel.
Lieu et service impeccable. Petit-déjeuner diversifié et personnel très professionnel. Seule (petite) remarque: dommage que les produits de soins dans la chambre sont made in P.R.C.
