In Colfontaine, this exceptional ensemble consists of a family house, a park and the old site of the Malterie brewery (1892-1950). In 2004, Claude Tillier and his wife réaffectèrent the buildings of the former brewery in private non-profit cultural space. The sites now welcome artists and conferences. The flowered park houses remarkable trees, such as a tricentennial Lebanon cedar. It is possible to organize seminars, seminars and cocktails. Request the conditions by email.
