We couldn't agree more, but some of the rooms could do with renovation, the bathrooms can be cramped and, above all, there's no parking. That said, we appreciate the views over the city center, the kindness and availability of the owners and staff, the very decent but optional breakfast (€5), and there are plenty of cafés and bakeries in the same area.
