The interior design of the Boutique Hotel Kotoni is timeless, typical and luxurious. It is housed in a historic Italian style building with high ceilings and wide interiors. Built in 1938, the building was home to the Minister of Foreign Affairs during the communist period.
It was then returned to the Kotoni family in 1991, the building was first renovated in 1992 as a business center, before being completely renovated a second time from 2010/2011 to be transformed into the present luxury boutique-hotel.

The hotel consists of 23 luxury double rooms and suites, distributed in four floors, two fully equipped conference rooms with an overall capacity of 70 people, a two-storey gourmet restaurant of local and international cuisine, with a capacity of 60 people, a lounge-bar open to the outside, and a small lounge room reserved for hotel guests.
