In particular, the beautiful olive tree that stands proudly in the middle of a table. The Bindella restaurant, located in Fribourg's old town, is a reference for lovers of southern Italian cuisine. A fine choice of antipasti and pasta dishes, and for secondi, a fine selection of refined Italian fish and meat dishes. Lemony veal ossobuco with polenta and the famous rosemary-crusted cockerel with baked potato are among the house classics. This is an excellent address from every point of view: the setting, the welcome and the service are all very well looked after. You'll have a great time.

On this particular day, we were tempted by a marinated salmon tartare, followed by mushroom tagliatelle. The twenty or so Molino pizzerias and ristorante in Switzerland have been around since 1988. It's fair to say that when you open the doors, you're entering Italy. Here, we don't mess around with authentic recipes from the Botte region, such as pasta fatta in casa with ragù, a recipe dating back to 1891! Respect for the product, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service await you. Whether you choose pizza, fresh pasta, risotto or secondi, everything is homemade, from antipasti to desserts.
