Welcome to the charming tourist resort of Fromentine! At the beginning of the train station, this family-run promenade combines nature and culture. All along the trail, panels trace the history of the commune. The journey, which is shaded, is moving first in the centre of the village, and is moving away from the coastline, offering you the passage of beautiful perspectives on the bay of Bourgneuf. At low tide you can even see the passage from Gois, which links the continent to the island of Noirmoutier.

The rounded silhouette of Mont Ventoux rises above Provence as to protect it. Its summit is the meeting point of the athletes who take advantage of its slopes in winter and summer. The area of Chambon, between ponds, forests and valleys, offers three courses at varying times and levels of difficulty. The loop is freely accessible, but the fields are only in bloom during the summer, so it would be a shame not to see their brilliant colors, and even more, to breathe in their intoxicating fragrance. What's more, the one-and-a-half-hour walk is very easy.

Enjoy the double sides of this hike between dunes and macadam. With wild air along the Parrot dune, where it makes good breathing and admiring the fauna and flora that thrives there. After reaching the calvaire of the missing sailors, let us take a few moments to enjoy a wonderful view to the Naturelle nature reserve, before going down to the city. Typically associated with the seaside, these are half-timbered houses with blue and white shades that one admire on the streets of Bray-Dunes.

This small leisurely stroll along Weevil takes a few kilometres between the towns of Molsheim and Avolsheim. The trail starts next to the mint's parking lot, and winds through the houses to reach the river. At the back you can discover the ponds of Zich and a forest rich in animal species.

At first sight, the coulée of Bourianne can be connected with simple stone drain. However, this billion stones is actually a lava flows from a volcanic eruption, 6.5 million years ago. Time, the glaciations and water sculpted it gradually to share it into rocks with multiple forms. Sometimes cut, sometimes agglomerated, the width of coulée allowed a wide variety of shapes. A hike of 3 km allows you to approach to better enjoy the power of the elements.

A former railroad line, the Voie verte de Chalosse links the towns of Saint-Sever to Dax, via Hinx, where the track joins the road, as well as Mugron and Montfort-en-Chalosse. The 34 km trail alternates between gravel and surfaced areas, making it suitable for mountain bikes, mountain bikes and walking. The trail starts in the Aulgreilh district, 3 km from Saint-Sever town center. From here, you can take the 10 km Voie verte to the commune of Montaut. Picnic areas are available.

This six-kilometer hike starts from Corent's esplanade and follows a blue markup. The trail invites you to discover the village of Corent, famous for its archeological wealth, its vineyards and old alleys, before bypassing the Puy. You will discover through this walk the old lake now almost dry and archeological excavations of the oppidum of Corent. This hike also offers beautiful views of the Puys chain and its volcanic formations. The walk is easy (120 m) but still requires good walking shoes, the sometimes rocky path can also be muddy. Count two hours.

At the beginning of the church of Moutiers-au-Perche, the path of the ford of Culoiseau takes you through the trees in the locality of Culoiseau. You can admire beautiful houses that recall the religious history of the town. This shaded path is ideal for a trip to children. Bird watching enthusiasts will also find their pleasure for observing the many birds (kingfishers, moorhens, etc.) that inhabit these wood.

Éape on the road of Santiago de Compostela (GR 652), the commune of Moirax is a high place in the religious history of France. At the beginning of the priory, this 6,7 km hike proposes to walk in the footsteps of the pilgrims. Take the time to admire this 100 th century building, whose construction by the clunisien order lasted over years, before embarking on the trail. It winds in the woods before crossing the river of Jorle and then passing through its other arm, the Toumbade. You will continue under the trees along the river, until you go back to Moirax. This 2.2 km trail offers you to walk on the volcanic hillock on which the village of Usson was built. Among the most beautiful villages of France, Usson was for nearly 20 years the place of exile of Marguerite de Valois, wife of Henri IV. Today, the castle in which she was held no longer exists, but the village has many other resources. The path first takes you to visit the village itself, before going up to the statue of the Virgin to get a complete panorama of the surrounding mountains. It finally leads you to a façade of basaltic organs carved by the effect of time and rain.

Known for being the cradle of the lineage of the Albret, which was born Henri IV, the municipality of Labrit offers three marked walks of promenade and maintained by the General Council of Landes, accessible to hikers and cyclists. The smallest, also known as the "Pioc Road", stretches over 6 km, to travel in 30 minutes by bike or 1 hours on foot. She leaves the church to visit the Albret house and the famous castle of Labrit, classified as Historic monument. The first step of the journey is to take up to 50 minutes, before meeting the first information panels. They will inform you about the specific aspects of this mountain, such as the presence of the pottok, the typical horse of the Basque Country, the use of kaolin, or the pastoral tradition in Baigura. After 1 p. m., you will have the choice between doing half-turn or continuing on a larger loop, which climbs up to the collar and prolongs the two-hour walk.

From the Bonaguil commune, this 9,3 km loop can be done on foot (3 h) or Mountain bike (about 1 h). It takes you to the Découverte Castle, classified as the Main Site of Aquitaine, and the GR 36 which links the ancient Périgord and Quercy provinces. It is by climbing to the castle that the trail begins, offering the possibility of a break to visit it before filling in the woods. The rest of the circuit is mostly located in the forest, with beautiful views of the Thèze valley and the castle. You will meet on the road several pigeonholes that deserve a stop.

Around the Richard de Bas Mill, two loops are dedicated to the theme of mills and papermaking. The Mill's Apprentice is a trail that can be walked with the whole family. The path is rich in information about architecture, the environment, water, the valley and its sounds... From May to September, children can start a treasure hunt with the magic map. The Chemin des Papetiers is a 2h30 walk along the Lagat stream. Spinning wheels are present along the circuit.

Situated at 711 m above sea level, Luz-Saint-Sauveur is close to the main sites of the High Pyrenees: the Pic du Midi, the National Park of the Pyrenees and the glacial Circuses registered in UNESCO World heritage… This exceptional natural heritage can easily be found on foot.

Hike Occitane is a 6-minute walk from May 2016 to the end of October 2016. These hikes are aimed at discovering the natural beauties and the sights of the Midi-Pyrénées region. On October 29 and 30, the «Hike Occitane» will be held in Eycheil.

Located at the exit of Saint-Girons, Eycheil is a municipality of the Regional Natural Park of the Ariègeoises Pyrenees. With its 450 hectares from west to east, at the foot of the cliffs of the Sourroque massif (1 100 m), Eycheil is the ideal starting point for various walks.

A beautiful hike, of easy level, combining forest loop and ridges with distant views. Beyond the nature and discovery of the mountain of Mélan, one of the highlights of the walk will be the visit of Saint Vincent Cave, former hiding during Resistance (predicting a front lamp for the cave visit).

During the weekend "Hiking of the 3 valleys" organised by the Tourism Office of Digne-les-bains on the weekend of September 30 th and October 1 ^st 2017, the Lame Blade is a very nice walk which allows to discover the strange geology of the Géoparc de Haute-Provence and the small village of Tanaron where there is an astronomical observation site. Magnificent views along the course.

For more than 15 years, the mountain bike tour "de l'yVeTTe à l'Orge" offers different routes for experienced cyclists to beginners in the green area of Savigny-sur-Orge and some routes are completely new.
