All year round, on reservation, you can go hiking on the fauna and flora, bocage and forest, two of the important elements of the specialities landscape. This is happening around the farm and the Gîte. The most original is undoubtedly the sung hike! To spend a day of conviviality and relaxation. Hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding are available to you from Bidarray. The great mountain bike crossing from Bidarray to Sare, where you will discover white and red houses, frontons and its pelota players... A difference in altitude of 1 270 m, for experienced mountain bikers... The hike that leads you to the picturesque abandoned village of Arizakun, wedged between impressive cliffs... The ascent of the Harriondo massif which allows you to overlook the valleys of the Baztan and the Nives. Difference in altitude: 550 m. And the magnificent hike to Saint-Etienne-de-Baïgorry.

And if you let yourself be tempted by this walk? From the bottom of the valley to the puy Gros plateau, from streams to clearings and from scree to burons, the climb opens onto the Guéry summer pasture areas. At the top of the puy Gros, the work of the glaciers is obvious, in the perspective of the Mont-Dore valley. The view of the Sancy ridges is unbeatable. Take the time to appreciate it and to breathe this so pure air before going down again. The distance is 8 km, the duration is 3 hours. Departure from the marshes on the D996, yellow markings, maximum altitude : 1 485 m.

The center offers discovery walks in and around Massiac. Multi-day hikes to the Monts du Cantal and Cézallier, or theme hikes such as the "randonnée gourmande". The "Sianne et Voireuze" hike takes in the charming village of Blesle, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. The little ones aren't forgotten either, with a pony section for ages 7 to 11, and a baby pony section for ages 4 and up.

Go, hit the best shoes and go on the trails. Pornichet has beautiful beaches, it's true, but it also has roads and a little campaign corner to make known. The tourist office had the right idea to propose three paths to walkers, lit as beginners. This document is provided to the tourism office. Three detailed sheets (maps, historical explanations on districts) show the three courses. The first 8 km and takes the hikers to the discovery of the pornichétin bocage. The second of 12 km proposes a real walk in the countryside, from island to island (term that designated fertile places cultivated in the middle of the lande which composed the landscape of yesteryear). The third last of a length of 15,5 km marie beaches and groves. The city of Pornichet multiplies efforts to allow everyone to discover, in safety, sometimes unknown places of the commune. It builds wooden bridges allowing the crossing of streams, débroussaille and maintains paths, and puts in place an adapted markup.

A cross-country journey in the countryside of Saint-Viaud, and a charming stroll, including mint fragrances and poeny, as pleasant as entêtants. The circuit passes through the Saint-Vital Chapel which was a high pilgrimage site for the country of Retz a few decades ago. According to legend, Saint Vital in prayer planted his canne and brought a source to this place. In 1923 Jean-Marie Filodeau, in recognition of the graces obtained by Saint Vital, erected this chapel.

A haven of peace for fishermen, the gardens of Los Corralès are ideal for fragrant walks. It offers a magnificent vineyard with a breathtaking view of the Sèvre River and its valley. To be discovered! In the past, wine was transported to Nantes by the Sèvre Nantaise, the river was then a vital commercial axis for the region, the port testifies to this former prosperous traffic. It is now a leisure area. Starting from the port, you will find eight thematic paths, that is to say 80 km arranged in circuits of excursions!

This circuit allows you to explore the country of Blue Stone and mansions (Naulière, Yachts…). Documentation indicating the marked multi-hiking trails is available at the tourist office.

A magnificent circuit that runs along the shores of the streams of Pirudel and Perche through bocage and landes. A pocket of eight marked multi-hiking trails is available at the Nozay tourist Office.

It takes place from Châteaubriant to Rougé over 13 km in a preserved environment. A discovery, far from all motorized traffic, of the peaceful countryside of the countryside.

Burgundy is the ideal region for cycling or mountain biking: small roads, charming villages and beautiful landscapes will always be present throughout your hikes in Côte d'Or. At Randonneurs Randonneurs everyone can practise their favourite sport, without any spirit of competition competition. The club is made up of two sections, one of which is wheelchair touring (Road section) and the other is the green bike in roads and forests (mountain bike section). The club has 138 members, so it is one of the largest FFCT clubs in the Burgundy region. To allow the largest number of participants, each section is divided into groups of levels.

Between Gisors, capital of the Vexin Normand, and Gasny, discover these 28 kilometers of greenway running along the Epte valley. The route is lined with castles that once marked the border between Normandy and the royal domain of France. Green, undulating landscapes, passing through authentic little villages such as Fourges, Aveny and Château-sur-Epte. Discover the Seine valley and continue on to Giverny and the Claude Monet house, Vernon and La Roche-Guyon. A beautiful walk, rollerblade or bike ride, as you wish...

Nature walks and guided tours are also offered in July and August, during school holidays and weekends from April to October, to discover the cliffs of the Vaches-Noires, the marshes of Villers (a 3-hectare lake with a bird island) or Villers in the time of the dinosaurs. Two other themes of walks have been very successful: the grand tour of Villers (a medium level walk of 8 km) to discover the resort on the sea side and the countryside side, and the tasting walk, an easy 6 km walk, with a visit to a honey producer. The greenway runs from Bernay town centre to Broglie, passing through beautiful countryside dotted with working mills and charming, authentic Norman houses. In all, the 13-kilometre route takes you through the picturesque Charentonne valley. Cyclists, rollerbladers and walkers rub shoulders on a small asphalt road closed to motorised vehicles and horseback riders.

With its fascinating landscapes in every season, welcome to the Orpellières nature reserve. This loop takes you through unspoilt countryside, rich in biodiversity. The trail guides you through a variety of natural environments: the banks of the Orb, salt meadows, sansouïres, dunes and lagoons. Signs inform you about the natural heritage of this protected area. Don't miss the Tellines lookout for a breathtaking 360-degree panorama.

Beautiful hiking to access the rocky site (15 minutes round-trip). There are superb views of the Cabellou and Beg-Meil Bay.

In July and August, upon reservation, go for a hike accompanied by geologists - approximately 3 h 30 - to discover the sites of the peninsula, hours according to tides; on Monday and Wednesday, 6/14 years will be well inspired to participate in Professor Kaolin's workshops! Sand, fossils… search, discover, understand, with Professor Kaolin, living and exciting geology - 2 workshops at 1 h 30. Without reservation, all year round, the Museum's Sound rides, hiking in the goat's Cap, lead you to discover the fauna, flora, habitat… Hire a MP 3 and a helmet to be guided. A very exciting "house"!

On the theme of water, they leave from the historic center of Daoulas, at the beginning of the moulin du pont. Coastal trail Rosmelec, trail of Nice, trail peak of Keranglien, there is no longer follow the "water Writings".

Discover your heritage on foot! On this easy hike, you'll learn how Iraty's forest resources were used to make masts, oars for fishermen, furniture and charcoal. You'll notice the diversity of the flora and fauna... Many of the activities along the interpretive trail still "vibrate" in the heart of Iraty; a true museum open to all!

Dream Pony welcomes you to the heart of the Ile d'Oléron to discover the farm's animals and ponies (around twenty of them). On the program: horse riding from a few hours to several days, pony christenings with Sushi, Arnaga or Ugo (from age 2), rides (for all levels), pony lessons and courses for children. A visit to the farm and fun workshops are also on offer, so you can spend an enjoyable afternoon with these adorable little ponies!

The Asinerie de la Petite Creuse is an organic farm covering 40 hectares of meadows, crops and woodland. The herd of donkeys is raised in the open air, grazing on natural meadows and receiving regular mineral supplements. The Asinerie offers donkey trekking, as well as a natural archery course. The wooded areas surrounding the farm provide resting places for the herd and shady paths for hikers.

A natural site of an exceptional scale, which testifies to the way in which a former industrial environment can become, in the space of a few decades, a Natura 2000 labelled area! Between the ponds and the many migratory birds (which feel at home here), you can still see many traces of the old mine, including the headframe of the old Ledoux pit. Don't hesitate to make the tour of the ponds, a nice hike of 9 kilometers.

A walk on the Argales slag heap (and the surrounding area) is to observe the impressive metamorphosis of a former abandoned industrial site that has become a sensitive natural area. Here, lizards, fishermen and sportsmen have replaced the cars and cranes of yesteryear. It is a pleasure to walk around, to practice a little sport, alone or with the family, in this impressive setting. With facilities specially dedicated to sailing and mountain biking, there are many opportunities to get out and about, for fun and pleasure!

A nice hike through the wood of Lewarde, three kilometers long and that can be done easily in less than an hour: it is the circuit of the Wood of Lewarde. Ideal to discover the wooded and forested side of the region, you just have to follow the yellow PR markings or the (legendary) red and white GR 21 which follows the same route. As you walk along, keep an eye on the horizon: you may see the Centre Minier (mining center) coming into view!

The Col des Annes is a must-see for any visitor to the Aravis. Here you'll discover a new kind of landscape, like a piece of Scotland in the Alps, and architecture very different from the rest of the massif. The journey begins long before the walk we propose. As you climb the small road that winds from the Bouchet valley to the pass, only accessible by car in summer, you marvel at the beautiful farmhouses and the almost awe-inspiring mountains. A few ski lifts allow you to imagine what life is like in winter, when everything is covered in snow and skiers happily hurtle down the slopes. We recommend a very simple, almost flat hike starting from the pass, perfect for families. It gives you a 360° view of the Aravis chain and the village of Le Grand-Bornand, just on the other side of the mountain. Park your car and, just left of the road, follow signs for "K'ro de la Mi Our", then "Clef des Annes" and "Col du Vacheret". When you reach the Col du Vacheret, you'll discover another view. Turn left and follow the path along the ridge until you reach Terre Rouge, at the top of the chairlifts, where there are several picnic tables for lunch or a rest. The walk is an out-and-back; once you've reached the Col des Annes again, take advantage of one of the restaurants on site to feast on excellent potato fritters or buy farmhouse cheeses. And you're recharged with happiness!

To get you to discover his Lozere, Didier Azéma offers you in every season unusual stays: descent of the Gorges du Tarn trail; in the footsteps of the Beast of Gevaudan (Nord Lozere); Wild hiking with bivouac in the trees… Once comfortably installed in a hammock at a height of 5 to 10 metres, the protective stature of the tree reveals the mysteries of the forest. A night in the crown is a peaceful, relaxing and unforgettable experience… More classical, hiking is possible (day or day) as well as canoeing in the discovery of beavers. Here's a great way to discover the many facets of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park. Mountain biking can be done alone or accompanied by a qualified cyclist. The Mont Marcou path leads to the discovery of curious dry-stone constructions known as "carabelles". Specific to the region, they punctuate the Faugérois landscape. Built without cement or binders of any kind, their origins remain a mystery to this day. We do know, however, that most of them date from the ^18th and ^19th centuries. They come in all shapes and sizes, but what they have in common is the key to their equilibrium: the load-bearing vault known as the corbel. This is a unique site, home to remarkable biodiversity. Set in the heart of a hunting reserve and consisting of three vast marsh water bodies, this renovated former farmhouse provides an opportunity to discover the gentle marsh. Its many objectives include preserving wetlands, maintaining biodiversity and controlling invasive species. Two types of visit are offered: you can stroll freely along the trail, borrowing binoculars to observe the fauna, or enjoy a guided tour by reservation.

Hikers and nature lovers, the Santois country is waiting for you. For your satisfaction, the association of the Randonneurs du Saintois was created. On the program: nearly 28 pedestrian, equestrian and mountain bike circuits (approved but not marked) from 6 to 58 km are proposed around the hill of Sion, Vézelise, Haroué, Goviller and Val-de-Moselle. In the mountains of the Haut-Languedoc, at an altitude of 800 m, the donkeys of the Signoles farm look forward to accompanying you into the heart of the mountains they know so well. Thanks to the assiduous upkeep of the tourist office, over 350 km of marked trails are available.
