Follow the Blavet wharf until the Pilots square. Continue Violette Quai to enter the Courtgain, the marine neighborhood. Mount the path of Calvary. Take the rue des Moulins, rue d'Argoules, rue Al-Prosper-Ravin, rue de l'Warehouse which runs through the old warehouse to the salts and return to the tourist office.
Follow the Blavet wharf again, then the boardwalk. Before the Jeanne-d'Arc wharf, turn left, rue Doctor-Lomier. Pass the Nevers door to the right which allows access to the high city. Take on the right a staircase leading to the city walls. Walk along (view of the bay) to Saint Martin church. From Saint Martin Square, follow the street of the Belfry, pass the Guillaume Gate and then take the rue de l'Abbaye to the Chapel of the Sailors.
Return to Rue de la Chapelle, Rue des Processions on the left, rue Saint-Nicolas on the right, rue des Fosses on the left, Piazza-Joffre, rue Questive on the right, rue des Sinks on the right and win the Place-de-Beater on the left. Drive towards the bay and then use the boardwalk to find the tourist office.

Continue right on the main street that goes back to the seafront.

Read moreThe tour of the lakes, from late May to early October, offers hikers a memorable experience. They follow the trail to Aubert and Aumar, which starts from the Lac d'Orédon parking lot. Located on the left-hand side of the route des lacs, about 1 km after Orédon, the trail takes less than an hour to reach the first laquette. The hike continues along the GR10 towards Estoudou, before returning to Orédon, the starting point for this trail, which is accessible to all walkers in good physical condition.
