This circuit, which multiplies the points of view, is set on the upper ridges of the municipality of Ecoche. He made some brief incursions into the departments of the Rhône and the Saône-et-Loire. This land of borders is also a place of exchange, in the image of historical paths. Take an assault on the paths that will take you to the Crêt Wolf where a monolith called Peter des Morts is erected, but also to the End Cross. Departure from the Monument Square, place de Verdun in Saint-Priest-la-Roche. These communes are part of one of the four circuits of the country's religious heritage between Loire and Rhône, there are more than fifteen churches to discover. 

Departure from the Plaisance marina. From the port of Briennon, cross the Canal canal in Digoin by the old Slipway. Then enter the ripisylve, specific vegetation of the edges of the rivers, discover the lône of Briennon, a former Bras arm and reach the shores of the river. During the tour you will see the Canal canal bridge, the confluence with the Sornin and the lock of Briennon. Various thematic interpretive panels, including a question-and-answer game on ripisylve. Circuit from the Trails Guide of Charlieu. Duration 2 h. Distance: 9 km. Departure from Camping Campground. This circuit is a natural extension of the duke walk between the historical Historique and the Most Beautiful Detours of France. By green groves, it leads to the Devil Bridge, a medieval book crossing the Sornin. Discover the mysterious legend of this bridge and the built heritage of the castle of Tigny, which belonged to the Lord of Montrenard in Pouilly-sous-Charlieu.

Circuit from the Trails Guide of Charlieu. Duration: 4 to 5 days. Distance: 104,5 km. The tour of the country of Charlieu will take you from the groves of the Brionnais to the wooded foothills of the Beaujolais Mountains. From here you will continue in the direction of the fertile chambons surrounding the River Loire and you will have to pass to follow the banks of the canal De in Digoin. It is therefore a multifaceted landscape that you will discover throughout the journey of this country: sunny slopes, groves and green valleys, wooded areas in the modest relief, fertile plain…

On 15   km, this trip will bring you to discover the washing and ancient habitat of the commune, rich testimony of the past, as well as one of its finest particularities  : a multitude of varieties of orchids scattered here and there on the limestones that surround the village. Saint-Sulpice is embraced by a mosaic of landscapes just waiting to be discovered. It is criss-crossed by numerous signposted footpaths, allowing you to get close to its natural and heritage treasures. Le Petit Futé shares two favorites:

the Pays d'en hauttrail , covering 15 km and passing through Lugan, Azas and Saint-Sulpice

the Plaines de l'Agouttrail : 6 km long, it passes through Saint-Lieux-lès-Lavaur and the Ludolac leisure park

Starting from the lake of Nabeillou, between woods and hills, the path of the Three Lakes offers beautiful views of the region. Lakes and forests, panoramas of crests and multicolored valleys, will make you discover a preserved fauna and flora. A rather impressive nature bath! With a length of 7,5 km, and a duration of approximately 2h30, you will discover on the way an old chapel, Notre-Dame-des-Vignes, and pretty woods. And for the more athletic, there is a fitness trail around the lakes of Miquelou and Nabeillou.

This fun trail was created at the Col de la Bassine, on the road to Brassac, 6 kilometers from Lacaune. At an altitude of nearly 1,000 meters, the 3.5 km itinerary lasts a maximum of 1.5 hours. Its circuit leads to the discovery of a well-preserved nature and of the traditions or legends that have marked its history. To better understand the different elements of this interpretation trail, booklets for adults and children are on sale at the Lacaune tourist information office.

The area around Lacaune boasts over 1,000 hectares of deciduous and coniferous trees, as well as numerous hiking trails and picnic areas. More than half of the Monts de Lacaune's surface area is forested, a perfect illustration of the department's conservation and protection efforts. Most of the forest is made up of hardwoods - dominated by beech - located on the heights and slopes. Perfect for venturing out into the greenery.

A sensitive natural area protected by the Conservatoire d'espaces naturels Centre-Val de Loire, this island is home to an alluvial forest remarkable for its biodiversity. Two footpaths crisscross the site, one of 800 m, the other of 2 km, to discover the local flora and fauna. In spring and summer, access to the shoreline is forbidden to the public in order not to disturb the brood of aquatic birds (barking sandpiper, little terns and common terns, small gravelot...) and not to disturb the beavers in their search for food. Located in the north of the town, a quiet and shady site that sportsmen choose for their jogging that they will finish by a passage through the health course. With its two freshwater fishing ponds, it is also a paradise for fishermen and walkers who come to take possession of the picnic tables for a little bucolic break while the children have fun on the playground. Mountain bikers also appreciate the place which offers cycle tracks. The site also has a petanque court and a beach volleyball court.

Between the sky, the mountains and the sea, everything here invites you to take a stroll along the paths laid out for this purpose, such as the El Cano fishermen's path, also close to the shore, where you can cycle or walk. If you're a jogger, don't hesitate to take this path... There are two ways to explore the village on foot. You'll find explanatory signs on some of the paths. These walks take less than two hours to complete, and allow you to discover part of the Basque heritage and the village of Guéthary.

A great idea for a family outing. By a towpath transformed into a track, it is possible to reach Bayonne. A pleasant walk reserved for pedestrians, cyclists, rollerbladers and horse riders. The preservation of the banks of the Nive and its development belong to the mixed syndicate of the Nive maritime made up of the towns of Bayonne, Bassussary, Villefranque and Ustaritz. A preserved site, a space of peace, of nature and one sometimes crosses pilgrims coming from the four corners of the world.

Take a walk with Patxi and join him for a sunset in the heart of the Basque mountains. On this hike, you'll meet the inhabitants of our countryside, such as sheep, pottoks and maybe even griffon vultures. Enjoy a convivial gourmet break with a peasant snack, and when night falls, light your way with a headlamp. The distance is 6 km, with an ascent of +200 m, for a total duration of 4 hours.

Looking for a day full of discovery and excitement? Take off on an adventure, accompanied by a guide specialized in flora and fauna, with a special focus on the emblematic bird of the Basque mountains: the griffon vulture. This experience is open to all, and will allow you to delve into the history of the smugglers and the legends of the Laminak, while being close to the vultures' nests, which you can observe through binoculars.

You can buy a topo-guide listing about thirty marked itineraries in the Saint-Palais area and hiking sheets for the whole of the Basque Country at the Tourist Information Office. In July and August, ask for the summer guide which proposes hikes with mountain guides, locals who tell you about their country. Without taking the car, you can go on foot on the Saint-Sauveur hill on the Xibaltare path (2 hours round trip): a very beautiful panorama on the Basque and Bearn Pyrenees awaits you there.

This hike allows you to discover Les Moutiers-en-Retz and its Lantern des Morts, as well as Prigny, port of the Middle Ages and ancient fortified town. You can also enjoy the panorama of Bourgneuf Bay and the island of Noirmoutier. The journey goes to the recently restored Moulin des Tréans and at the foot of the old Moulin de la Jarrie. Leave the long road of the Tréans, ancient Roman way, to return to the centre of the Bernerie by passing near the castle of La, which has become a superb hotel-restaurant.

This 9.5 km long walk takes you on a journey between heaven and earth. The route is lined with structures representing the planets of the solar system, in a 1:1,000,000 scale reconstruction. The first part leads to Jupiter, then to Senator Lake. It is a family portion: count 1h30 round trip. The itinerary continues on the theme of the stars to reach the Sainte-Marie shelter (3h AR). The most courageous will go up to Neptune, the highest point of the route (5h AR). The Discovery and Nine variants (2h AR) allow to vary the pleasures.

The family of the writer Charles Exbrayat used to spend their summers in Tarentaise. The landscapes of Pilat, and more particularly those surrounding the village, inspired the novelist. This path marked out by the Pilat Regional Park is dedicated to him. Take the direction of Prarouet then the tarmac road on the right, follow the road for 100 m, cross to reach the hamlet of Curtil and the Furan valley. Follow the forest track and take a path on the right which goes up to the Côte des Pins from where you will reach Tarentaise.

Need some oxygen after this long period of shooting in your apartment? Go to the Domaine Le Bessat, in a preserved nature, to breathe a pure and invigorating air. At the Maison du Parc in Pélussin or at the Syndicat d'Initiative in Le Bessat, you will find brochures of communal paths, many of which are around Le Bessat. Also, the mountain bike topo-guide and its dozens of circuits of all levels or a description of about twenty loops on foot. Walks to be done as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear. And for the more athletic, there is the possibility of a trail.

Signposted itinerary on the banks of the river Argental, which looks like a visit to pre-industrial archaeology with the testimony left by the th century sawmill remains and mills.

In the opposite direction of a watch, this 7,3 km circuit climbs, from the city garden, on the Planbourgoin plateau. The plateau is sparse but rich, because looking for plenty of wild orchids. Since Roman times, he has been a Bourgoin. In the Middle Ages, Beauregard Castle, now in ruins, was the fortress of lords until the middle of the th century. In 1347, it was described as a fortress well guarded.

This discovery tour of Crémieu allows you, through 52 steps (house, church, door…) to walk through the streets and monuments of the medieval city. Guided tour on Sunday afternoon. Want to get some fresh air? Two circuits are proposed around Grézieu. One of 7 km, the other of 9 km. The first one has 70% of unsealed paths and passes by the Gimond stream, Moulin-Berry, the Borbonne pond, the Fouillat and the Tavernier. Along the way, you can see the salting factories and beautiful viewpoints. The second route (60% unpaved roads) takes you to Clémençon, le Sorlin, les Brosses, le Gazanchon, les Bruyères and la Combette. The road goes around the Gimond dam.

Another alternative, a real hike in Paris: At the foot of Notre-Dame, the famous "km 0", from which all the hiking trails of France depart. In Paris, 180 km of hiking trails (or GR) are marked in white and red, so the streets and streets of Paris are far from the usual (and saturated) tourist circuits. There are a lot of hiking trails in the woods of Boulogne and Vincennes, crossing the city, follow the river Seine, etc.

Longueau, a town in the Picardy region, offers a wide range of hiking opportunities thanks to the Rando Picardie Amiens association. Walking enthusiasts can take advantage of the many marked trails and discover the beauty of the region. Whether you're looking for a family outing or a more challenging hike, Longueau and the surrounding area offer magnificent landscapes to discover on foot.

This association promotes. hiking. The word piésente refers to a pedestrian trail or better, a pedestrian trail. It is possible to take part in the first hike before joining the association. There are four hiking levels (leisurely hiking at 3,5 to 4 km/h, invigorating hiking at 4,5 to 5 km/h, more tonic hiking at a speed of more than 5 km/h and finally sporty hiking at a speed of about 6 km/h). Follow the Blavet wharf until the Pilots square. Continue Violette Quai to enter the Courtgain, the marine neighborhood. Mount the path of Calvary. Take the rue des Moulins, rue d'Argoules, rue Al-Prosper-Ravin, rue de l'Warehouse which runs through the old warehouse to the salts and return to the tourist office.

Follow the Blavet wharf again, then the boardwalk. Before the Jeanne-d'Arc wharf, turn left, rue Doctor-Lomier. Pass the Nevers door to the right which allows access to the high city. Take on the right a staircase leading to the city walls. Walk along (view of the bay) to Saint Martin church. From Saint Martin Square, follow the street of the Belfry, pass the Guillaume Gate and then take the rue de l'Abbaye to the Chapel of the Sailors.

Return to Rue de la Chapelle, Rue des Processions on the left, rue Saint-Nicolas on the right, rue des Fosses on the left, Piazza-Joffre, rue Questive on the right, rue des Sinks on the right and win the Place-de-Beater on the left. Drive towards the bay and then use the boardwalk to find the tourist office.

Parking on the Bay of Somme railway car park. From the station go to the gendarmerie and take the second street on the left. Cut the D 940 and descend to Le Mollenel. At the bottom of the coast turn right on the road. Win a crossroads. Continue straight to the gas station. Cut the D 48 and keep on facing. In Accompany's wood, at the fork, turn right. Cross a small road and then the D 2. Turn right, cross the railway. Take the second right road, turn right, turn left and cut the D 940. Take the D 3 on the left 100 m. Turn right on the road leading to the high town of Saint-Valéry. Win the promenade and then the train station.

At low tide, discover the kingdom of birds. To park, take the access road to the sea. A parking lot is provided for this purpose. From the parking, take the path to the beach. Go along the coastal dune on the left. At the level of the blockhouse, turn left in front of the Ilette bank and continue to the right towards the north. Pass in front of the Restaurant de la Forêt and take the chemin des Garennes. About 100 m before Saint-Quentin, turn left on the sentier des Matelots which leads back to the parking lot.

Starting from the cliffs of the Sea, it is possible to rally Le Bois-de-Fm by the Foreshore as soon as the tide begins to fall, and then return to the summits via the Victor-Hugo panorama. Make sure you match the time required to go and the tides. Take this walk, preferably accompanied. Avoid walking at the very foot of the cliffs: chalk falls can occur, or even very dangerous landslides. Information from the Tourist Office.

An idea of walking off the beaten tracks: port du Crotoy, climb north of the bay along the beach to the Parking parking Lot. Cross the parking lot and follow the fence to go back to the foreshore. After a very muddy road, join the bridge bridge and take 200 m to the right. Turn right. In Noyé Hole, turn right. Take the D 4 on the right 300 m. Enter the first path on the right (private road allowed for pedestrians). Go behind the hangars of the farm and continue right on the road. Facing the La Sablière campsite, turn left into the Discovery road. It leads to the D 4. Please note, by municipal order, traffic on this road is prohibited on Sundays and holidays from 15 September to 15 January. Go right and reach the centre of Le Crotoy by small streets.

Do not leave the signposted trail, which crosses a natural area protected by the Littoral conservatory, to help preserve the dunes, which are very sensitive to trampling. From the pedestrian place to Quend-Plage, take the rue d'Abbeville. On the right of the entrance to the parking lot, use the trail that goes into the dunes. Win a crossing. Access is possible from a parking lot located in the Plaine plain in the village of Belle-Dune. Continue straight and reach Fort-Mahon-Plage. Turn left, reach the beach by the avenue. Follow the beach on the left to find Quend-Plage.

From the sea Front of Fort Mahon, leave the beach towards the north and follow it on 2,5 m. Climb on the dune to the right and embark on the sandy trail. Move next to a ruined blockhouse and continue straight away. Do not venture to the right or left. The trail leads to a car park near the equestrian centre. Follow the road on the right. At the discovery trail turn left, take a little more than one kilometre and go to the old Fort-Mahon twice. Take the road on the left 200 m and turn right. Continue right on the main street that goes back to the seafront.

The tour of the lakes, from late May to early October, offers hikers a memorable experience. They follow the trail to Aubert and Aumar, which starts from the Lac d'Orédon parking lot. Located on the left-hand side of the route des lacs, about 1 km after Orédon, the trail takes less than an hour to reach the first laquette. The hike continues along the GR10 towards Estoudou, before returning to Orédon, the starting point for this trail, which is accessible to all walkers in good physical condition.
