All year round, Bruno offers a variety of hikes and snowshoe hikes, as well as outdoor activities. In his preferred terrain, explore the Pyrenees. Formulas, adapted to all members of the family, range from half-day to several days: overnight stays in igloos, night snowshoe hikes, accompanied itineraries with bivouac and camping options over two days, discovery of Nordic walking between Nistos and the Baronnies, ascent of easily accessible summits up to the famous 3,000-meter peaks!

With over 250 members, this association organizes a hiking on the third Sunday of every month within a 20-minute drive around Beauvais over a distance of 8 km to 10 km. It has the particularity of integrating disabled persons with valid walkers during these walks. Means of locomotion are proposed for all types of disability. The association has, for example, adapted bicycles: the "joëlette", a single wheeled device such as a chair chair, the tandem for the visually impaired or even tricycles for the elderly who are subject to the falls… To take part in these hikes, membership is not compulsory. A participation of € 2 is requested per person.

The aim of this association, created in 1984, is to promote hiking in the Côte-d'Or, to animate the network of associations linked to this outdoor activity and to maintain the 3,000 km of marked trails. There are 54 hiking clubs throughout the department and a topoguide listing all these circuits. Enough to put on your shoes! Evana Provence is a hiking agency based in Eguilles. Founded in 2000, it organizes full-day and half-day outings in the region's most beautiful massifs, including the Calanques, Sainte-Victoire and the Luberon. But beyond hiking, Evana stands out for its passionate guides who share their rich knowledge of local fauna, flora, cultural heritage and traditions. Since 2018, Lionel Marchese, a seasoned guide, has strengthened the team to also offer services in English, Italian and German. This agency is your ally in discovering the treasures of Provence.

The Mareschale, an approved Youth & Education Association, was created in 1974. Its activity tends to promote socio-cultural, educational and artistic activities, and its objective of being a meeting place between the inhabitants and associations of the Aix-Encagnane district. This House of Quartier, historical heritage of the xviiith Century, consists of a main bastide, its dependencies, a public park, a podium and a kindergarten. It has many cultural, artistic and well-being activities: weekly workshops as one-time workshops, internships, meetings, meetings,… for all generations: children, teenagers, adults and seniors. It is welcomed by many other associations. Located 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 minutes from the city center, Buses for access are 2, 5, 9, 19, 20.

It is not strictly a randonneurs association. What counts for members is not the physical expenditure but the observations of wildlife and flora on the ground. Michel Meline, the nature facilitator, proposes km loops throughout the northwest of the department: wetlands, groves of the country of Bray, calcicoles lawns with little ordinary vegetation around Saint-Julienne-de-Fly, etc. These hikes take place every year once a month. On the last weekend of April, the association also organizes a festival "Nature in Bray" with exhibitions and workshops nature and environment. Lydia and Michel Meline also offer the cottage: 13 beds in four rooms for € at night.

With more than 300 km of trails, the Cantalien massif is a huge playground for hikers. Walks in the heart of the mountains will make you discover grandiose landscapes. Like the GR 4, you can go for several days. Caution must be exercised. Despite its reputation as a "cow mountain", it requires the respect of some basic safety rules: adapted equipment, knowledge of the weather... Do not hesitate to contact the departmental hiking committee or local associations.

In autumn, enjoy the unique experience of stag bellowing evenings by lantern, or go mushroom-picking in the Bertranges forests. These outings in small groups are the perfect opportunity to discover the local flora and fauna in a warm and intimate atmosphere. Rando's Île-de-France is a non-profit association based in Paris, in the garden of the Gare de Reuilly. It brings together gays, lesbians and their friends to share hiking, nature, sports and cultural activities. Members offer activities in a friendly atmosphere. The association's website offers a program of outdoor activities, cultural events and holidays. The hikes are of varying levels of difficulty and take place in different parts of the Île-de-France region. For example, there is an easy hike of 16 to 23 km in Belleville-Ménilmontant, a very easy hike of less than 16 km at the arboretum, and a medium hike of 24 to 31 km in Laon.

We join the valley of Prunelli by the pretty site of Eccica-Suarella. It is from Ocana that the true Corsican mountain begins. The pass of Mercuju is an extraordinary point of view which reveals, from the belvedere at the end of the road, a whole region of uneven reliefs. A little further on, before reaching Tolla, there is a path on the right that leads to the lake. From this point you can reach the Prunelli Gorge along a narrow and winding road.

Departure from the hamlet of Campodonico above Piedicroce, another possible departure from the Prato pass. Altitude: 1,767 m. Difference in height: 900 m from Campodonico, 800 m from the Prato Pass. Duration: 6 hours return. Itinerary: signposted path to the "Caselle de Favalta" hut (1,404 m), on the plateau turn right immediately, go past a spring (be careful, no indication, no visibility on the San-Pedrone), you pass ruins where you find a path that leads to a clearing. At this point, a sign indicates that there is 1 hour left until San-Pedrone.

A wild and soft region at a time, the land is again being maintained and rather green, to narrow roads, to the pretty villages typical, between mountain and countryside, with, here and there, looking up at 180 degrees, towards the Gulf. Below Vico, the Cruzzinu River reaches the Liamone River and a little-known mountainous region. This is a pity because the wild landscapes are varied, green and picturesque and attractive villages. The micro area abounds in the trails of the star-shaped countries around each village, along with walks, orientation tables, fountains, waterfalls, coves, including the Muna. The Cruzzinu Valley: You can access it via the D 125 by passing through Casaglione. We go back to the river U Cruzzinu, coming from Du, to Rezza, a small village buried in the middle of pine trees where you find the information house of the Regional natural park of Corsica in a remarkable building containing a water mill, further away, the three beautiful rural gîtes U Tretorre of Jean-Pierre Giordani and since this year a communal restaurant A Sulana. The D 104 goes to Pastricciola and then Frasseto, and that's where you catch the Mare e Mare Nord trail that joins the GR 20 at the Col d'Oreccia near the Monte d'Oro. Panorama of the Forêt forest. The exit of the valley can be done by the Col de Tartavello and then Vero, to reach the Gravona Valley and the RN 198. The micro area abounds in the trails of the star-shaped countries around each village, along with walks, orientation tables, fountains, waterfalls, coves, including the Calanques. On Rezza, an original orientation circuit that allows you to discover the heritage, the environment, the legends and beliefs that make the valley rich.

Hiking's is a gay hikers'association that has just celebrated its 25 years of existence. During these 25 years, it has developed and there is now a sister association in each French region. The association offers up to 15 hikes per month to its members (4 levels of difficulty): Hiking (in Paris or outside Paris) but also cycling, kayaking and sometimes picnics. Fifteen test days are available to future members prior to a final commitment.

Three hiking paths allow you to discover the territory of the municipality and the) valley on foot, but also by bike or horse riding. The starting point is at the entrance to the amusement park next to the Escale hall. The paths are marked in yellow.

- La Roche aux Fées circuit, 7 km for a discovery of the bocage.

- Waterway circuit, 9,5 km through villages, vineyards and a passage under the aqueduct of the railway.

- Southern circuit, 25 km, leads you to the south of the municipality in its most agricultural part.

The mount Ursuya dominates all the Country of Hasparren; we see it above the 10 villages lying at its feet. Any walker can reach it (678 m). Start from the fronton of the Celhay and Urcuray district and ask for information because the two proposed hikes are of different difficulty and duration. Along the way, there are explanatory stones and information on the richness of the Ursuya and the pastoral activity of these places. You will know everything about the protohistoric remains, ancient paths, pottoks, shepherds. Up there, an exceptional panorama.

The Pic d'Orhy dominates the village of Larrau and is the highest peak (2,017 m) in the Basque Country, west of the Pyrenees, on the Franco-Spanish border. Like many other peaks, it lives on in the legends told by the Souletin, Oyenhart, in the days when birds... spoke. A high-mountain territory to be explored only in fine weather, to take full advantage of the panoramic views from the summit. Hikes for young and old, with no great difficulty apart from a small rocky bar to cross. A must during your stay in Soule.

Departing from Châtel-Censoir, this 10.5 km long marked circuit will lead you to discover this charming village and then, from woods to meadows, to the one of Chevroches. From there, a shortcut will take you to the Grotte des Fées (Fairy Cave), where you will try to discover the secret of this mysterious place: located in the Vaulabelle woods, the cave was explored in 1904 by the abbot Parat, who hinted that the fairies living there used the underground passages to reach the Réchimé fountain!

The Hâvre valley winds its way through woods and meadows and offers pleasant walking opportunities:

A 9 km route (one way) links Oudon to Couffé and allows you to discover the local fauna and flora. You can also make the loop of 6.3 km in just under two hours round trip from Oudon.

Two other circuits from the bridge of Le Hâvre : a loop of 7.5 km (about 1 hour 45 minutes) that you can extend along the Loire (10 km, 2h30).

Start your journey from Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe by venturing towards Plan Désert. Follow the marked trail past the chairlift stations until you reach Bellastat. Climb to the summit of Mont de Vorès, then descend towards Col de Basse Combe. From here, fork left and follow the course of the small stream. Walk along its waters until you reach the parking lot. This loop offers breathtaking views of the Aravis mountains.

Would you like to explore the Eure? The former Évreux-Honfleur railroad line has been transformed into a signposted and equipped itinerary that allows walkers - with or without baby carriages - cyclists, and skaters to cohabit. The Voie Verte links Saint-Georges-Motel to Bueil over a distance of some twenty kilometers. Take advantage of the picnic areas for gourmet breaks with a view! And don't forget to visit the traditional villages along the way.

Prepared by the Meurthe-et-Moselle Departmental Council, Balades 54 takes you on a tour of 326 hiking and mountain bike routes. There is no shortage of ideas: the Pierre-Percée lake, the vineyards of the Côtes de Toul, the loops of the Moselle to reach the ramparts of Longwy designed by Vauban. And Nancy is not to be outdone. This 5.5 km urban trail allows you to discover different aspects of the town of Gaillac. From Saint-Michel Abbey, it descends towards the river to follow the banks of the Tarn. The city seems far away! The Hortalisse district, with its maze of paths leading from garden to garden, tells the story of the market gardeners who, until the ^mid-20th century, supplied the surrounding markets. The walk ends at the river Tarn and the prosperous old port.

Jean-François Cassier is a sledding fanatic and has made it his profession. He has settled with his adorable pack - and his family - on the heights of Murat-le-Quaire. As the sled is only available when it snows, the rest of the time is devoted to wheeled sledding, cani-trotinnette or canirando. But above all, Jean-François prefers to spend time with the dogs, to get to know the Siberian huskies better and to learn how the pack works. In complete safety, the musher alternates experiences, between full gallop rides and very instructive discussions.

This leisure centre offers a wide range of outdoor activities on the spots of the region: canyoning and aqua trekking, rafting, via ferrata and giant zip lines, walks and e-bike rental, paintball, expeditions in 4 x 4, hiking ... Located in the commune of La Celle-sur-Loire, there are two trails in Brocs: the trail of the Loire and Man and the trail of the Loire and its natural environment. From 1 to 2,3 km, these paths are not difficult and offer the possibility to discover the wild river, its fauna, its flora, and its relations with Man. Explanatory panels punctuate the paths. The site of the Brocs reveals natural environments with a strong patrimonial and touristic interest, whose safeguard and development are encouraged by a Natura 2000 contract.

Created in Chartreuse by a passionate person, the Trail Stations allow to practice the outdoor activity on marked out courses of various levels. The Haut Bugey offers an ideal setting for trailers. First Nordik Walk resort in the Jura Mountains in 2017, the resort offers 29 trails classified from green to black for difficulty, including Les Balcons du lac de Nantua by Xavier Thevenard, the sponsor of the resort, or the KV des Monts d'Ain, and 11 Nordic walking courses.

Parc Evasion Chevigny takes the place of Acro'Mania. Little brother of the Parc Evasion of Curley near Gevrey-Chambertin, we can count on the creativity of Brice and Loïc to innovate on their new leisure site. All the activities are new, starting with the accrobranche in Accro-spider, that is to say that you evolve without harness, the space being secured by a net of 2 000 m². Archery, laser game, inflatable structures for adults, games for children and a restaurant, burger and refreshment area will complete this forest space near the city.

A chairlift ride out of winter season, to enjoy an extraordinary panorama at the top. Departure towards the High Plateaux of Vercors, you can go back down on foot by a hiking trail, or else: go up by chairlift with your mountain bike and ride down the slopes on the pedals. Be careful to protect yourself with at least a helmet. It is also possible to rent a Trottin'herbe at the foot of the slopes where helmets are provided. And off you go for a really fun descent. Great with family or friends to enjoy a good breath of fresh air!

Solomiac offers beautiful hikes in its surroundings, with notably the Pigeonniers trail or the Gimone trail. The 17 different routes allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Gers countryside and its bucolic panoramas. Hiking maps can be obtained from the Mauvezin Tourist Office or from the Solomiac town hall, which has financed a wonderful educational booklet allowing children to discover the banks of the Gimone.

Discovery trail of the Gimone. This trail is 1.7 km to 3 km long and is ideal to walk with children. Designed by the association Arbre et Paysage 32, it was financed by the Community of Communes. An educational booklet accompanies the trail and allows the youngest to become familiar with nature. Explanations, games, anecdotes allow to approach different themes: water, soil, fauna, flora, biotope, ecosystem and sustainable development. The games were created by students from the schools of Solomiac and Sarrant. The booklet, free of charge, can be picked up at the town hall of Solomiac or in the Tourist Offices. The map of the path can be downloaded from the commune's website.

Randonnée des Pigeonniers. This 14 km loop is for adults or cyclists. It crosses the countryside surrounding Solomiac and will lead you to the discovery of the pigeon houses, emblematic of the culture of the South-West. You can also see windmills and enjoy a superb panorama. The circuit is described in detail on the commune's website.

La Pinède de Barbâtre is a wonderful playground for nature lovers who want to breathe a good bowl of calm air, breathing in the sweet scents of maritime pines. Ideas for walks and bike rides are available. The walking tour is 8 to 10 km round trip (about 3 hours). From the tip of the Fosse to the southern tip of the island, the path, with its gentle relief, is perfectly marked and well protected from the wind. It takes barely 5 kilometres to reach Barbâtre. You can return by the pine forest, by the fire path that runs along the houses and undulates along the edge or you can prefer to walk sheltered by the dike on the bay side to discover a completely different facet of the island of Noirmoutier. Another alternative to discover this pine forest in depth is cycling, for a hike "between Gois and forest". The trail is 23.3 km long (about 2.5 hours). On the island, several bicycle rental companies offer different ranges, including electric bicycles such as the L'Île à Vélo 12 rue du Boucaud in Noirmoutier-en-l'île

A former railroad line, you'll feel like you've stepped back in time as soon as you take your first steps, or start pedaling. The 3 m wide track passes over the Eiffel-type Lavassac metal bridge, viaducts and tunnels for 3.5 km. Pleasant both for the quality of its surface and for the views it affords over the Cévennes valley of the Rivière d'Arre. It lends itself equally well to walks and bike rides with family and friends, rollerblade training and daily jogging.

This hike, classified as difficult, revolves around the remains of a Saracen Tower that can't be ignored. It has stood atop its rocky peak since the ^12th century, when it sent signals to other towers and castles in the Comtat region. All that remains today is its base. In these fantastic Dentelles with their many paths, follow the signs carefully and pack a picnic, as it will take you 4.5 hours to cover the 12 km. It climbs up through the wooded massif, but patience will be rewarded when you reach the Rocher du Midi, where the orientation table puts names to a 360° landscape.

Weather permitting, why not come and explore this easily accessible tourist trail? It's an ideal half-day hike for children, lasting around two hours for the short version (otherwise, allow around four hours for the slightly longer version). The trail, which is both fun and partly forested, reveals some astonishing geological formations. But that's not all, as you can also enjoy magnificent panoramic views from the Leysse plateau, as well as alpine landscapes. The mountain reveals many facets, and on a clear day you can even see Mont Blanc. In any case, this hike offers a real journey back in time, to the era of tannes (chasms), dolines (circular hollows) and glacières, natural chasms where ice accumulated. This was particularly convenient for the inhabitants of Les Aillons, who used to cut up the ice and take it down by mule to sell it in town via the Col de la Verne. If you look carefully, you may still be able to see ice at the bottom of some of these chasms. In winter, the itinerary can also be covered on snowshoes or cross-country skis, but it's essential to follow the trail, as the holes and chasms are not as visible - and there are plenty of them in this region.

Open all year round by reservation, it offers one-hour to one-day walks, as well as 2 to 6-day itinerant or star hikes. Tours are suitable for all levels, with a minimum age of 11. In addition to equestrian activities, the equestrian farm organizes vineyard tours on horseback, with tastings, from half-day to 3-day tours. La Ferme équestre du Plo also has a gîte for up to 8 people, with reversible air conditioning, TV lounge, fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor terrace with barbecue. Rates vary according to the duration of the activities and accommodation chosen.

This universally accessible walk offers the whole family a great opportunity to explore the peaceful surroundings of the village of Beaufort. Following this loop, you'll cross the leisure park and skirt the lake, discovering lively moments, sublime panoramas and moments of tranquillity. Once you've completed the hike, fishing, mountain biking, games for all ages and picnics offer a multitude of options at your fingertips.

The comfort walk is for everyone, offering an easy and accessible family outing. Nestled in the Beaufortain massif, this itinerary takes place near Lac de Saint-Guérin. Right from the start, you'll be captivated by the panoramic view of the Saint-Guérin dam. The long walk along the lake will then lead you to an impressive 80-meter-long footbridge, overhanging the lake by more than 20 meters. This trail is available outside the snowy season.

The Domaine équestre de Maruejols is an equestrian center located in Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols, near Nîmes and Sommières in the Gard department. It offers a variety of equestrian activities, from weekly lessons and courses to rides and competitions. The center is staffed by qualified instructors and offers teaching adapted to all levels, whether for children in the pony club or for adults. It also offers boarding solutions for horses, with different options such as boxes or paddocks. The Domaine équestre de Maruejols also has the Equi-handi label, enabling it to welcome people with disabilities. The center emphasizes a complete approach to the animal and encourages a privileged relationship with the horse. It also offers special events such as birthdays at the riding center.

Located in the town of Montirat, Le Cheval par Nature offers horseback riding. The equestrian center is easily accessible, just a 10-minute drive from Carcassonne on the D3 departmental road. It is also 20 minutes from the airport and train station, and 8 minutes from the A61 freeway. Le Cheval par Nature welcomes groups of 7 to 21 people, and offers horseback rides to suit all levels. Enjoy an equestrian escapade in the magnificent Aude region by booking a ride with Le Cheval par Nature.

It's an easy hike (4.9 km, which can be done in 2H15) that takes you through the vineyards of this world-renowned, hand-harvested muscat grape. Who hasn't tasted Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, a sweet wine whose origins date back to the Middle Ages? To climb from the village to the Courens plateau, from where you'll have a view of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Comtat plain, you'll pass the Notre-Dame d'Aubune chapel. Don't be afraid of the Rocher du Diable (Devil's Rock), which seems to want to crush it, because it's said that the Vierge's cattail holds it back! On the northern slopes of the plateau, the Ambrosi caves, former millstone quarries, bear witness to our presence here since prehistoric times.

After passing the chapel of Saint-Hilaire, you'll discover the Castellas or château de Durban, in ruins and the only vestige of the village of the same name and, above all, the namesake of the renowned producer of this delicious Muscat.
