Avenue des Vacances: the address is already a good omen. In its pretty little modern and cosy room, L'Aviateur offers tapas, pizzas, wine and cocktails. We start with some patatas bravas, pan con tomate, some mussels with escabeche and a bottle of wine while waiting for the pizza. The dough is thin, the toppings tasty, the whole thing is generous, cooked on a wood fire. Vegetarian options are also on the menu.

On the Via Agrippa, the site of Chaintré is famous since ancient times and it is not surprising that the Cave de Chaintré is itself built on the site of a Gallo-Roman villa which was one of the largest wineries in the region. At Chaintré, it is not only the history and views that are exceptional, there is also a vineyard ideally exposed in the last ramparts of Macon, overlooking the plain of the Saône. The Cave Chaintré founded in 1928, is one of the oldest in France and, to our taste, one of the best. In respect of the Burgundian tradition, it offers outstanding white wines from Chardonnay, flourishing on clay-limestone soils. This human-sized cellar where you are always received with a smile for the tasting, produces excellent Pouilly-Fuissé is regularly awarded medals, of which are a Cantrius, a Chevrieres or a Clos Reyssier. Among the other wines not miss to discover, in a large modern and bright shop, in shades of ocher and green apple are: Pouilly - Vinzelles, the Saint-Véran, the Macon - Fuissé and Mâcon - Chaintré for whites. The cellar also offers almost all the Beaujolais crus in red (Juliénas, St Amour, Chénas, Chiroubles, Fleurie, Morgon, Moulin à Vent, Bouilly and Beaujolais Villages). The winery also produces a rosé wine and a delicious Crémant de Bourgogne. The shop also presents some local products to complete its gourmet basket: Marc de Bourgogne, blackcurrant cream, honey, jams... Possibility to taste the wines, with comments in French and English.

This bar is known for its friendly and warm atmosphere. Today, wine tastings are organized - since Corinne's stepfather, one of the three associates, is the owner of the Puligny-Montrachet wines - but every thirsty person will find the drink that best suits him. In a small crossroads in Vieux-Nice, Berco sets the tone with its sign at the entrance: "Because no good story begins with a glass of orange juice". Here, over 150 wine references have been meticulously selected from France and Italy to delight customers, with the possibility of buying fine bottles directly. The menu is equally varied, with tapas made from fresh, local produce, including Bouyon goat's cheese and Corsican charcuterie.

Opening in May 2019, Syrius's House offers more than 850 references in its catalog: with 10 drafts, this beer bar knows how to renew its menu for all tastes and desires. And even according to the season: in winter, the choice is for a black beer, while summer lends itself to génépi beer. Enthusiasts come from all over the world to taste these unusual beers. On the 80m² terrace or in the spacious dining room, you can accompany them with a charcuterie and cheese board. Concerts and entertainment are often organized.

Just a few meters from Place Rossetti, Splash features an uncluttered menu of Niçoise specialties: pissaladière, Niçois ravioli, panisses and sharing boards of charcuterie and cheese. Located at the foot of the cathedral, L'Angelus is a wine and bubbles bar that will delight epicureans. First of all, a very cosy setting, then a rich wine and champagne list full of flavors to discover. La Mer à Boire has managed to give back to an old alcohol reserve of the Malouin shipowners of the 17th century its letters of nobility. Maxime Gauchet and his partner Pauline opened in December 2019, a charming place to enjoy, under the guidance of their sommelier Gaël, excellent glasses of wine. Chez Virgule is open from early morning until very late at night and the following morning. During the day, we serve breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. But the bar is open at all hours. Here, they share their love of the product and their great discoveries. La Source is also the place to be for cheese lovers. In the evenings, you can meet up for tapas and a canon. In June 2021, Philippe opened his friends' bar, In Vin'Oh. And it's a success, the gangs of friends meet around a good glass of wine and a board of local charcuterie, cheese from Franche-Comté or both, and even seafood from Paimpol. The wines come from the Lot of course, but also from all over France. The beer is from Picardy, the owner's home region. Located on the city tour, the bar is spacious, completely renovated, and allows to welcome concerts regularly.

It's an open-air wine bar in the vineyards! Initially, Karina and Nicolas were able to welcome up to 250 guests, but after a 3-year break, the desire to do something different arose. Today, Domaine de Sentout is limited to around fifteen guests. Like a tiny guinguette, the privileged few who gather here enjoy a lovely evening while getting to know each other, as well as Karina and Nicolas, who will be delighted to talk to you about polyculture, agroecology and permaculture.

La Cave du Caboulot, created in 2022 by Lauriane Lava, is the fruit of a passion for wine developed by the owner in her parents' restaurant and during her studies in Beaune. The address is brimming with treasures from every region, and also boasts a wine bar. The atmosphere is very friendly, especially during the regularly organized theme evenings (cider night, Argentina night, St. Patrick's day, concerts...).
