Just a few meters from Place Rossetti, Splash features an uncluttered menu of Niçoise specialties: pissaladière, Niçois ravioli, panisses and sharing boards of charcuterie and cheese. Julien, owner of La Treille, promotes an ecological approach by offering wine by the taffy, as well as orange wine and sparkling wine. You'll also find a fine selection of locally brewed, artisanal beers. Enjoy the view of the Cathédrale Sainte-Réparate and the Colline du Château.
