Nestled in the heart of the charming wine-growing village of Jongieux, Domaine Jacquin is a family business that has been handed down from father to son for six generations. At Domaine Edmond Jacquin & Fils, you'll find a selection of native grape varieties such as Jacquère, Altesse and Mondeuse. The estate is proudly certified High Environmental Value (HVE), a recognition of its commitment to environmentally-friendly practices.

With a superb vineyard facing Mount Granier, Domaine des Barns Germania benefits from an exceptional land of 3,5 ha for the best expression of jacquère, gamay and Pinot vines. The abymes, in white, are a delicate freshness that perfectly accompanies the seafood or the most typical Savoyard fondue. The rosé of Savoy comes from a rotting grape, which removes aromas of well-marked red fruits. It is a nice wine for the fine days around the barbecue. These qualities are found in the red gamay, whereas Pinot Prestige has more body to hold the length on a game. Wines to be discovered on the spot is so much better, during a tasting.

In 2000, the estate was refurbished and renamed Domaine de Méjane. Today, the torch has been taken up by Jean's children, Philippe and Anne, and the vineyard covers 14 ha. an "independent winegrower", the wine is bottled on the property and the winemaker respects the terroir and traditions. Jacquère, chardonnay, altesse, bergeron, gamay, pinot noir mondeuse and persan are the grape varieties you'll find when tasting the wines in the cellar. Domaine Aigues-Belles is a winery located in the town of Val-d'Arc. Groups are welcome and parking is available, even for coaches. The domaine is also mentioned in the Guide Bettane et Desseauve 2023, with several of their wines scoring high marks. As far as news is concerned, the domaine mentions a reduced harvest in 2021 due to April frosts, while the 2022 harvest is of normal quantity but weather conditions have made vinification difficult. Château de Lucey is a family-run wine estate nestled in the charming village of Lucey, between the banks of the Rhône and the majestic Lac du Bourget. Taking over the reins of the vineyards in 2022, the new owners, Erwan Buchwalter and Anne-Cécile Pflieger, accompanied by their daughters Salomé and Daphné, opted for organic viticulture, which began in 2013. In this peaceful setting, nature inspires them in the care they give to their terroirs, which feature emblematic Savoy grape varieties such as Altesse, Mondeuse and Pinot Noir.

On the edge of the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park lies a vineyard that enjoys generous sunshine. For four generations, the Quenard family has been cultivating vines on the rocky slopes of Toméry. Between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, on steep slopes of over 40%, they produce red, white and rosé wines of rare originality. Jacquère, altesse, roussanne, gamay, mondeuse, pinot noir, persan and malvoisie are just some of the grape varieties cherished by the passionate Michel and his son Guillaume, who joined them in 2009.

Located in Chignin, Savoie, La Combe des Grandes Vignes is a winery offering tastings and sales of Savoy wines. The Savoy wines on offer are vinified without sulfur, and aged for long periods in vats, barrels or amphoras. White wines, such as Chignin, Chignin-Bergeron and Roussette, are characterized by fruity notes balanced by a minerality specific to each parcel. Red wines, such as Mondeuse and Persan, offer expressions of red fruit and spice with a fine, tannic structure.
