The rosé of Savoy comes from a rotting grape, which removes aromas of well-marked red fruits. It is a nice wine for the fine days around the barbecue. Today, the torch has been taken up by Jean's children, Philippe and Anne, and the vineyard covers 14 ha. an "independent winegrower", the wine is bottled on the property and the winemaker respects the terroir and traditions. Jacquère, chardonnay, altesse, bergeron, gamay, pinot noir mondeuse and persan are the grape varieties you'll find when tasting the wines in the cellar.
