Jongieux's flagship remains without a doubt the Altesse, a grape variety only found in Savoie! Fortified in limestone scree and stony, sun-drenched soil, the grapes are very fine and have a beautiful golden yellow colour. On the palate, the marestel-coloured Savoy dogfish explodes in rich and fat tones of honey, apricot, toast... The Mondeuse, a grape variety close to Syrah, produces a powerful and fruity local wine.
