Vincent Gachet created Brasserie du Dauphiné over 20 years ago to perpetuate the passion passed down by his grandparents, who worked at the Frise brewery. In this former garage in Sassenage, they set up their tanks in 2015 and brew excellent traditional beers with Grenoble water, source Rochefort, blended with quality ingredients. The fine team at Bière du Vercors grow the organic hemp and hops used to make their products. They also offer innovative aperitif foods made from their own crops.

Bière des Bräu is an independent craft microbrewery founded by two friends, Paul Gabriel and Nicolas Lang, who trained themselves in brewing techniques. Today, you can indulge in a good home-brewed beer with a wide range of thirst quenchers, including French Ale, Strange IPA, Bräuwn Ale, Strong IPA and the white Bräucaïne, not forgetting the ephemeral range.
