La Manivelle is a story that has been going on since 2009, when it all started in an old hydroelectric plant in Dijon, which had an influence on the choice of the brewery's name! Grihète takes its name from grihet, the Provencal word for cricket. It has been brewed in Nyons since 2001 at Brasserie Artisanale du Sud, a pioneer of regional microbrewing.
