Born in 1967 from the association of 6 winegrowers, the Caveau Bugiste, located in the charming village of Vongnes, offers an unusual venue, a synthesis of the best of the Bugey AOC appellation. A museum of winegrowing traditions, a place for tasting and selling Bugey products - white, red, rosé and sparkling wines, marc and Bugey fines... - and a meeting place for visitors, winemakers and local artists, all in a convivial atmosphere. Since the beginning of the last century, Brother Henri-Marie's distillery has been making natural drinks based on regional aromatic plants. You will have the opportunity to admire the sumptuous oak casks, the most impressive of which reach 18,000 litres! After maceration, distillation in the traditional steam-heated stills, the products are bottled before being put on sale in the magnificent factory shop. A tasting is of course planned!

The Seysselan vineyard extends over two banks of the Rhône, straddling the department of Ain (01) and Haute-Savoie (74). Three cities constitute the appellation area: Corbonod (Ain), Seyssel (Ain), Seyssel (Haute-Savoie). The Mollex family has been devoted to the vineyard culture and wine trade since 1359. Part cellar, part beer bar, part wine bar, La Buvette offers over 850 proprietary wines, grands crus and vintages, crémants and champagnes, as well as whiskies, cognacs, ports... All these French and foreign wines can be discovered during tasting evenings, accompanied by plates of local produce. Together with delicatessen products such as chocolates, mustards, foies gras and terrines, these bottles and specialities can also be used to create gift boxes, designed according to the caviste's advice, with the option of personalized labels.

The Lingot-Martin winery, whose vineyards suffered greatly from the climate in 2021, was born in 1970 from the merger of farms that today cover 47 hectares. With great attention paid to the quality of the products at all stages, they continue to work according to the traditional method several vintages of sparkling Cerdon - Classic, Dry, Selected, Reserved, Intense and Organic -, each developing its characteristics. Besides 400 references in wines from France and abroad, apart from 250 references of spirits and alcohols, including rums and whiskies, La Cave du Grumeur offers a large number of vinegar and oils, as well as many local products: Gaudélices cookies (Tossiat), Libeluile oils (Jayat), Gaillard coffees (Attignat) or even rillettes frogs and carp rillettes from Dombes. The Angelot house is a family domain of 29 ha of vineyards in the Bugey region, run by Philippe and Eric Angelot. Of the addresses of the Vinothèque du Léman (the other is in Ferney-Voltaire), the one located in the ZA de l'Allondon offers a selection of nearly 1,200 references of wines, champagnes and spirits, but above all the advice of a passionate wine merchant: Ludwig Cordelier. In addition to the tourist office and the port of Pont-de-Vaux, this cellar offers a selection of estates from the region, Côtes-du-Rhône, Burgundy and Beaujolais - but also from elsewhere, from Provence or the Loire Valley. In southern Ain, on the last folds of the Jura, 500 ha of vines flourish in 3 production zones - Cerdon, Montagnieu and Belley - where 9 appellations stand out (Bugey, Roussette, Bugey mousseux or pétillant...). The diversity of soils, terroirs and grape varieties (Mondeuse and Altesse, the treasures of the Bugey AOC, but also Gamay, Pinot noir, Poulsard, Chardonnay...) and ancestral, traditional methods are used to produce original wines offering a wide range of flavors.

Patrice Pobel uses the water from the Ain river to produce high quality beers, often awarded, from barley grown on site. Like this Thou, a white beer elected best pale ale in the world in 2013!
