In the 19th century, doctors produced here a drink made from fermented grapes. In 1985, Thierry Troccon acquired the Clos de la Bierle. His Frizant de Cerdon, version Cuvée des Elites, deserves to be discovered. Fruity, enticing, this wine delights the table at aperitif time or with dessert. The domain emphasizes its "biodynamic ethics" and the reasoned use of phytopharmaceutical products in the greatest respect of the environment.
