This cooperative will delight lovers of good wines, qualitative grape varieties and diversity. Not really a novice because it has existed for a good century, this cooperative has known how to renew itself and live in its time. You will find here AOP Coteaux Varois de Provence, IGP Var and some organic wines. La Sainte-Baume offers a range of rosés perfect for summer and other more complex wines. You can taste and buy the famous Restanques range, in three colors.

At the foot of the Massif des Maures nature reserve, Anne and Dimitri produce, as a couple, with passion and humility, wines with the scent of Provence. The tasting of the beverages of the domain is done at the foot of the immense and majestic hundred-year-old plane tree. The wines stamped Jale are the result of a reasoned culture adapted to the complexity of the soils, in harmony with nature, in a scheme that wants to be "organic decompartmentalized". AOP Côtes de Provence, the whites and rosés are fine, elegant and aromatic. The reds are for ageing, without heaviness.

Domaine Bouisse Matteri is a wine shop located in Hyères, Var. Customers can buy wines in-store and collect them on site. The domaine's website also provides information on available products, as well as news and photos of the winery.

Château La Mascaronne, located in Le Luc en Provence, boasts a unique terraced vineyard. Spread over 60 hectares, it has been farmed organically since 2016. This environmentally-friendly approach is reflected in every sip of their wines, made from the estate's own vines. A Côtes-de-Provence appellation, these wines reflect the authenticity and passion of the terroir, and guarantee an enjoyable taste experience. In short, Château La Mascaronne illustrates the excellence of viticulture in an unspoilt natural setting.

Nathalie Coquelle and Henri De Wulf produce Coteaux Varois en Provence PDO wines in all three colours, as well as Var PGI wines in red and rosé. The 30 hectares of vineyards are run in organic farming, with the utmost respect for the environment. The vintages are named after expressions that have disappeared such as "Fesse-Mathieux", "Ribote", "La Jouvencelle" or "Suivez-moi-jeune-homme"... For the anecdote, the signing of the decree of the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation in 1993 had in the beautiful cellar of the 12th century.

This wine cooperative, one of the first to have set up an ambitious quality approach for Provence wines, moved in 2016 to brand new premises along the famous National 7 road. It markets A.O.P. Côtes-de-Provence and IGP wines, packaged in BIBs and bottles. It also produces its own white wine using the traditional method, under the Royal Archer brand. A wide range to discover on the spot, in this very beautiful modern space, easily accessible and for all.

This is the story of Daniel and Ghislaine who passed on their love and passion for the land and the vine to their daughters. This is how Audrey, Léonie and Justine grew up with the rhythm of the grape harvest and, as adults, decided to create the Domaine des Trois Filles as a family in 2013. Mindful of tradition, the three girls work their subtle wines on 9 ha. This vineyard overlooking the sea offers wines from Bandol (rosé from the dry wine family, red with character), Côtes de Provence or Mont Caume (IGP wine).

The property of Candice Beuque is hidden in a lost corner (meaning of the pertuade in Provençal), in a wilderness, at the end of a trail leading to the Verne dam. Grenache, cinsault, syrah, mourvhedre, tibouren, white ugni and rolle are grown on the 15-hectare vineyard and produce three cuvings "The embroidered" rosé and red, "Domaine de la Pertuade" in the three colors and "Arthus" in red, high twelve months in barrel. 

In the off-shore park, a vineyard of 2 hectares cultivated in a traditional way allows amateurs to discover a grape cellar, with 88 current and old varieties, and to learn the gestures and techniques of the wine grower. Of course, a tasting point allows to know more about the different wines of the fields and cellars PDO Coteaux-en-Provence, which are also sold on site. In December happy hours three Friday evening to take advantage of discounts on sales of wines and regional products. This is a family estate of just under 25 hectares, all in one piece, where the Faulkner family produces wines in all three colours, as well as a sparkling rosé, using the traditional method. Situated at the foot of the Maures mountains, the vineyard is surrounded by pine trees, olive trees and restanques, and at its heart stands an authentic Provencal farmhouse. For sale, a pleasant range of white, rosé and red wines, which fully exploit the potential of the terroir. A great record of medals for wines with pleasant flavours.

The long-guarded red wines of the Martin brothers, AOC côtes-de-provence and France wine, are derived from 8 ha of mourvhedre, carignan, syrah, cinsaut, cabernet-sauvignon, grenache and roussanne, cultivated in reasoned agriculture. 

A family property for more than two centuries, the 30 hectare vineyard, located at the foot of the famous Sainte-Victoire mountain, has been cultivated organically since 1990 and is now run by Alain de Welle. Two ranges of wines, A.O.C. Côtes de Provence and IGP vin de pays du Var, are available in the three colours, white, red and rosé. The IGP vin de pays du Var rosé offers a fruity nose and a well-structured palate, while the Côtes de Provence is distinguished by its freshness, roundness and suppleness.

The Dragon estate covers 65 hectares. Since its acquisition in 2015, the owner Mr. Nezam has restructured and modernized the estate while protecting the natural side and the historical anchorage in the local heritage. The vinification is done in the purest tradition of Provence wines, with a transition to organic farming since the beginning of 2020. The high quality of Domaine du Dragon wines is recognized and rewarded regularly in France and abroad. Today, nearly a hundred thousand bottles are produced (rosé, red and white) per year.

Created in 1989, the domain - one of the three wine-growing partners of the National Park of Port Cros - now operates 10 hectares in the central plain of the island. Tradition and authenticity have been respected by combining the soil of metamorphic shale and the island's microclimate with a very favourable culture of vines and local varieties, mourvèdre, grenache, syrah, cinsault, Cabernet, Rolle and sémillon. The balance of this fragile natural environment is also respected by the reasoned wine practices and the small size of the vineyard as well as the low yield allowing perfect mastery of each stage of production. Alexis and Cyrille Perzinsky provide their wines with all their know-how and experience in the vineyards of Burgundy and Bandol.

In 2010, on the strength of their collective success, the players of the Cercle des vignerons de Provence (Winegrowers' Circle of Provence) gathered around a business project and developed a new identity: Estandon vignerons. In 2012, the brand is launching its "Promise" range, a way of assuring the consumer that its technical promises have been kept. Today, Estandon vignerons welcomes you on its industrial site in an atypical sales area. After a possible visit of the production line, we will leave with a few good bottles of a wine positioned on conviviality, and putting the human being in the spotlight.

Here we are in a very old wine estate, exploited since Roman times. Gabriel Sumeire acquired it in 1953. The estate is still run by his descendants today. Traditional integrated cultivation, entirely manual harvesting, ultra-equipped cellars combining modernity and tradition, half-buried ageing cellar to guarantee excellent conservation, everything here is combined to make a quality wine, a wine for ageing which spends twelve months in oak barrels, then another six in the bottle before being sold.

Property of Yann Pineau since 2014, the estate covers over 1,100 hectares, of which 110 are dedicated to vine growing. Grenache, cinsault, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, mourvhedre, chardonnay, white ugni and rolle are grown on a soil of limestone peeled limestone; the parcels of vineyards planted up to five hundred meters in height marry the varois slopes and the Loube mountains harmoniously. Certified HVE (high environmental value), vines are carefully treated by applying reasoned treatments and using organic fertilizers. The harvest is carried out at night, and even by hand for the 1718 vintage, the flagship of the Castle. As of 2015, the whole range has earned great rewards for the first vintages. A villa of 1,000 m ², nestled in the heart of the area, is also at your disposal.

The vineyard consists of 15 hectares spread over two sites. The first 9 hectares characterizing the Sandstones and gives wines of great finesse both by limestone and exposure to the north. The second, exposed to the south, is located in the Dit and Mame in Beausset Old, and extends over 6 hectares on deeper and clay soils that give more structured mourvèdres. The area produces wines in the three colours, red, rosé and white, in Bandol appellation. In 2013, Gérard Damidot, the Director of Operations, obtained the labelling of his vineyard in organic agriculture, Ecocert certified; a beautiful reward for its commitment to rational agriculture. Today managed by Laurence Minard, the domain has retained its (and its!) values.

The estate, owned by the De Groot family, covers 110 hectares, with 45 hectares of vines classified as AOC Côtes de Provence. The main grape varieties of the appellation are represented: grenache, cinsault, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, ugni blanc and rolle. The 2018 rosé, cuvée Fleur, won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole Paris. The estate also produces extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered, with a fruity green taste. On the estate, an old Provençal farm, completely renovated in 2000, has a reception room to accommodate up to 200 guests, in a unique setting amidst vineyards, olive trees and pine forests.

Family exploitation of generations in generations, the Domaine des Vents is one of the most important areas of the region. The vineyard is planted on the Argilo limestone plateau of Issole at an average altitude of 360 m, and has been planted on 40 ha of vines in the AOP and has been certified organic farming since 2000, making wines regularly awarded in the most prestigious competitions. Do not miss the "Lord of Broussan" in the three colors; in red, it comes from a syrah assemblage, cabernet sauvignon and carignan, and is high in barrels for ten to twelve months. The bowl «Le Jas d 'Emilien», for its part, came from a vineyard operated on the commune of Taradeau: it is classified as coast-of-provence AOP.

This family vineyard of nearly 30 hectares produces wines, rosé and red, as a coteaux-varois-en-provence appellation and a white wine, rolle assembly, sauvignon and viognite, «The winds of angels» in IGP country of Var. The estate, which is often rewarded for its excellent work, has received a Gold Medal awarded by Decanter World Wine Awards for the Rosé AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence 2017!

The Chautarde is a vineyard of 32 hectares in A.O.P. Coteaux Var en Provence, located in the municipality of La Celle, operated by the SCEA Garnier in Val, with a special cellar where Vincent Garnier benefits from the experience of transform and raising its wines with increasingly modern techniques. Rosé production predominates with 80% bottling, compared with only 15% red and 5% white.

Barbara Meisinger and Patrick Monet took over in 1998 the 6 acres of this small estate whose name comes from the first names of their 3 daughters, Lola, Lissy and Célia. Today, the vineyard extends over 17 hectares and the work of the vineyard is made according to the standards of organic farming. The rosé is an assembly of cinsaut, grenache and syrah. The red wine is an assembly of carignan, grenache, syrah and mourvèdre. The white comes only from rolle. All varieties are vinified separately. Olive oil is also on sale at the estate.

The estate, which is recognizable to its long building and its palm trees, extends over 30 hectares, of which 25 hectares are planted in vines exposed full south for two-thirds and west for others, located on shale at the foot of the Maures massif. The vintage for red and rosé wines is composed of traditional grenache varieties, syrah, carignan, mourning, cabernet and cinsault. The estate offers a cuvée A.O.C. Côtes de Provence rosé, Prunelle, realized with a total pruning and independent vinification for each vine.

The estate extends over 80 hectares of hills covered with vines, olive trees, Aleppo pines and truffle oaks. The presence of a Roman irrigation network attests to agricultural activity since time immemorial, and the chapel recalls that the property belonged to the Order of the Knights Templar. The estate produces four ranges of wines in white, rosé and red, AOP Côtes-de-Provence, AOP Coteaux-varois-en-Provence, IGP du Var and cabernet-sauvignon. A shop allows you to taste and buy local products and wines from the estate for free.

A 3 km hiking trail, marked and secure, allows you to discover the vineyard, the remains of a Roman aqueduct, spectacular waterfalls, the Saint-Jean chapel, built by the Order of the Knights Templar in the year 1007. The departure is from the Domaine Saint Jean de Villecroze.

This family property, held by Anne-Marie and Nathalie Vancoillie, located near the Thoronet Abbey, extends over 20 ha, with 8 hectares of vineyards, 6 of which are of controlled origin, and 2 in country wines. Culture is reasoned and traditional vinification. Medals are obtained each year, in Mâcon and in the wine contest of Provence. In addition to rosés, the red and white vineyards of the vineyard have a beautiful reputation. The estate also offers products around truffe and olive oil and has a beautiful bastide combining Provence and contemporary art with 5 large guest rooms of character. The guest table, on the large terrace or in the dining room (on reservation) is an enchantment of the papillae with its fresh kitchen that enchants vegetables from the garden.

Property of Prince and Princess Félix of Luxembourg, Château Les Crostes dates from the seventeenth century. He had an olive-growing vocation before a 55-ha vineyard was established in 1986. It produces recognized wines that are drawn up in a state-of-the-art cellar, before being raised in oak and oak barrels, in a chilled in a hill. New rewards are awarded annually. All year round with hotel service, the Château les Crostes is luxuriously furnished and restored according to Provençal style. It has 9 spacious rooms, 2 lounges, piano, library, billiards, sauna, terraces and barbecue. It is located in the heart of vineyards and olive trees, in a beautiful tree park with a swimming pool, tennis and tennis courts, a lake and a rest island where concerts and theater rooms are provided. Ideally oriented facing the perched village of La Cadière d'Azur, in the heart of the magnificent Paluns plain, Domaine des Luquettes perpetuates a family tradition of winegrowers and farmers, handed down from generation to generation since 1843. Sophie took over the management of the estate in 2010, recently joined by her brother Ludovic after her oenology studies, thus continuing the work of their parents. Concerned about maintaining an authentic and reasoned agriculture, they have been farming the 12 hectares of the estate exclusively in organic for more than 40 years, without claiming it. You will discover vintages of character, AOC Bandol and IGP Mont Caume, which have won several awards (independent winegrowers, general agricultural competition).
Everything is done on site, from the winemaking to the sale.

Cultivation certified in AB (organic agriculture) for the respect of the ecology of the vine, small yield, manual harvesting, underground cellars, 18-month wooden ageing for the reds, maturing in bottles in dark, fresh and humid galleries: all the conditions are met to obtain great AOC Bandol wines, which you can taste around a meal at La Table du Vigneron, the restaurant at the heart of the vines.

Maurice Garassin bought this winery in 1989, on which he has continued to invest, build and renovate in order to restructure. 28  hectares have been replanted mainly in the A.O.C. Coteaux Varois in Provence. Since 2001, it is his children who have continued their father's work. The cellar, rebuilt on the remains of a former sheepfold from the 17th century, houses vats and high-performance wine-making equipment. A very old part, the vaulted stone cellar, half-buried, houses the ageing cellar and its barrels made of Allier oak. It is in a magnificent sales cellar, which temporarily hosts art exhibitions, that you can taste the different wines of the estate.

The vineyard, which has been a member of the Wemyss family since 1988, of Scottish origin, extends over 50 hectares at the foot of Notre-Dame-des-Anges, where the diversity of the land allows to excel in the three colors and gives powerful, elegant and aromatic wines among the best in the Var. Original note, Scotland, in addition to the wine proposed in the vault, the Wemyss family also offers its whiskies, a wide choice of malting vintage (up to 36 years old) and malts originating in Islay, Speyside and the Highlands and an original London dry gin - 40 ° - artisanal manufacturing.

Since 2010, Benoît Lopitaux' estate has been producing wines in the Côtes de-Provence appellation, certified "Agriculture biologique". Perfectly situated on the slopes of Draguignan, it is planted with 8 hectares of vines, grenache, cinsault, syrah, mourvèdre, rolle, cabernet sauvignon. The wines are available in 3 colours and in 2 vintages. The cuvée des Amis and the cuvée des Selves each have their own characteristics. Very different, the wines of each of them are suitable for all occasions. Les Amis are light for aperitifs and sunny summer meals, while Les Selves, more robust, will accompany more gastronomic moments, and its older vintages reserve beautiful tasting experiences for wine lovers. Special mention for the fruity and dry whites, which, due to their success, are sold out very quickly. The estate also offers two villas for rent, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, ideal for large families.

Inaugurated in July 2021, this brand new 4-hectare estate, planted with Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes, which thrive here on silico-limestone soils, is located near the city center. The owners, Martine and Jean-Luc Roché, are involved in all the stages of planting, maturing, vinification and bottling. A Côtes de Provence PDO classified wine, in rosé and red, is currently produced, whose label features the four-century-old umbrella pine that overlooks the estate

The Duffort family, which also owns the Hermitage in Bandol, has restored this area to the foot of the Calcaire limestone bar. Since 1988, the date of the first harvest, wines have never ceased to assert themselves, especially the rosés, with the Grande Réserve, a wine in freshness, very aromatic, and the vintage vintage wine, wine of great gastronomy, with a complex, fruity and floral nose and mouth wide and long.

Property of the same family since 1892, this estate is one of the few owning vineyards in the very commune of Bandol, moreover with vineyards overlooking the sea! The 26 hectares of vineyards are planted with three varieties, the mourvhedron, of course, the grenache and the cinsault. Red wine production is about 40%, in rosé wines 50% and white wines 10%. A visit to the cellar is required, as well as a stop at the tasting and sale cellar, from which you can see the whirlpool with 12 barrels of 35 to 85 hectolitres. Finally, the area boasts a beautiful reception room, the Frégate Pavilion, which can accommodate up to 300 people.

The six hectares of vines of this small estate, located on the Cap Camarat plateau, are divided into two plots of three hectares each, cultivated using sustainable agriculture. In 1999, grape varieties suitable for the region were completely replanted, for the red wines, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and for the white wines, Vermentino and Chardonnay, in order to respect Château Volterra's desire to diversify. The harvest is carried out at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes.

This vineyard of Pierrefeu, dating from the middle of the th century, the current property of Dr. Flensberg, is now reborn with new buildings and a modern wine cellar. The various varieties that are used for the preparation of the wines of the area are Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle and Ugniblanc. A small olive grove, present in the area, also produces olive oil.

Jean-Luc Poinsot, winemaker, offers tasting workshops every month on the discovery formula, as well as a special seasonal harvest animation. On some weekends, entertainment is also organised for local tourist offices, which include it in their "Premium" cruise packages. The half-day lasts 3 hours during which Jean-Luc Poinsot presents the Bandol vineyard and its specificities, tells you the story of the Moulin de la Roque, and explains the different stages of wine making and tasting. After a brief introduction to the nose of the wine with a support developed by Jean Lenoir, it is time for a tasting: 6 to 8 nectars are proposed, and each step is skilfully commented. The full day also includes a wine grower's meal and a visit to the vineyard and cellar in the afternoon.

Acquired by the family Sénéclauze in 1991, this family estate of 25 hectares in AOP Bandol is distributed in several levels of restanques, where the king of the appellation Bandol, the mourning, predominates and occupies about 12 hectares with a south exposure that promotes good maturity. White is a glazing assemblage and sauvignon on north-east exhibits. The rosé is a combination of mourning, grenache and cinsault. Since 2015, Gérald Damidot, the new director and vinifier of the property, has gradually moved to organic farming.

The discerning amateur discovered a magnificent th-century farmhouse, a former relais relay, which at the time ensured the transportation of ice from Fontfrège ice Cream. Today devoted to viticulture, the domain, led by Bernard Campenio, proposes to the tasting a palette of interesting coteaux coteaux, notably the Odyssée Cuvée.

In the heart of Provence, the Domaine Ramatuelle extends over 60 hectares. Led with energy and passion by the Latil family since 1936, it offers a range of quality wines. The Domaine Ramatuelle has a new breath with the installation of Fanny and Hugues Chaboud, daughter and son of Bruno Latil. Two generations of winemakers work together and live together with a common objective: continue to produce quality wines, keeping the authenticity of Provence wines.
