The main grape varieties of the appellation are represented: grenache, cinsault, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, ugni blanc and rolle. The 2018 rosé, cuvée Fleur, won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole Paris. The estate also produces extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered, with a fruity green taste.
