Aurélie Teillaud's property covers 300 hectares, of which 72 hectares are under vine. Having belonged to the Grimaldi family, ancestors of the princes of Monaco, it was bought in 2005 by her father Bernard Teillaud. The technical and oenological contributions of Château Sainte-Roseline (another property of^Mrs. Teillaud) quickly bore fruit. Two very tasty vintages are available in the three colors. Each year, the vintages win their share of awards. The charming guest house won the silver medal in 2019 at the Trophées de l'Oenotourisme.

This family farm takes its name from a large wine-growing operation built by the Romans, as evidenced by the remains of the "Villa du Loou" which can be seen on the road to the field. The vineyard, planted with a single holding, classified as a Coteaux-varois-en-Provence controlled appellation of origin, extends over 60 hectares. The area, which practices organic farming, produces seven wines in the 3 colors, including the Red Vines, a high quality premium wine.

The profusion of this area of 32 hectares of one holding, of which 30 hectares of vines, property the Demonceaux family since 2014, is made up of seven different varieties, Rolle, Grenache, cinsault, cabernet-sauvignon, syrah, sémillon and viognier. The grapes are entirely manual and the vinification is traditional. 1 silver medal was obtained in 2016 at the general agricultural competition in Paris, for the Cuvée Rosé 2015. The area also offers a small production of olive oil.

Between Mount Aurélien and Sainte-Victoire, the Château de Pourcieux, an 18th century architectural ensemble, has belonged to the Marquis d'Espagnet family since its origin. Since 1986, Michel d'Espagnet has maintained the winegrowing vocation of the château, joined first by his son Rémi in the winemaking department, and then more recently by his daughter Alix in the marketing department. With approximately 30 hectares, the estate, certified High Environmental Value (HVE), cultivates a link between tradition and modernity of its wines thanks in particular to the creation of a new cellar in 2017.

We are at the entrance of the Valley and yet it is the mention Vignerons de Correns that welcomes you in this brand new building. You are here at the cooperative of the winegrowers of the nearby village of Correns, known as the first organic village in France and where the inhabitants have taken over the work of the soil, in the respect of nature. You will find wines in the three colors, in appellations vins de pays d'Argens, AOC côtes-de-provence and even a very small IGP correns. All prices for all ranges, accessible in all cases.

The Domaine de la Croix is part of the very closed club of classified growths of Provence. The 110-hectare vineyard enjoys a privileged location, with vines spread between the village of La Croix-Valmer, the beach of Gigaro and the fabulous site of the Bastide Blanche. These terroirs enjoy natural assets that give the wines of Domaine de la Croix a natural elegance. The ultra-modern winery, built underground, in addition to its advanced techniques, is a real tool integrated into its landscape environment.

This family estate of 13 hectares of vines, created around 1858, is located on an exceptional south and south-west facing terroir, between Pierrefeu and Collobrières, in the Côtes-de-Provence Pierrefeu appellation area. Philippe and Pascale Blancard, dynamic winegrowers, regularly organise events, picnics and open days to promote their wines. They also have an apple orchard with 8 varieties of apples, open for picking every year on weekends from the end of August and produce a 100% pure apple juice.

In 2017, Chateau Margüi joins the collection of George Lucas' wineries. The "Skywalker Vineyards" includes three vineyards established in California, Umbria and Provence. The estate is composed of 17 hectares of vineyards, 5 hectares of olive trees and 65 hectares of forest. The vineyards are organically farmed and fed by three natural water sources. The cellar, organized on three levels, was renovated in 2018. The wines, AOP Coteaux varois en Provence, are offered in two ranges: the emblematic Château and the more confidential Bastide 1784.

Located on the last foothills of the Esterel massif, the estate, which has obtained the High Environmental Value (HVE) label, combines exceptional geological conditions, which are extremely rare, since the formation of the soil dates back 220 million years! The estate, which is in the process of converting to organic farming, produces a traditional range of wines in three colors, expressing the best of an exceptional terroir and the passion of a winemaker, Renaud de Saint-Seine, two "terroir" vintages and three "vintage" vintages.

Former trumpet player, the owner Marcus Conrad, chose the oenologist Jérôme Dufour to accompany him and create superb AOP Cotes de Provence and IGP Pays des Maures wines in the 3 colours. He also vinifies 2 cuvées of natural wines without any input, in red and rosé. These are very successful wines, already spotted by specialized journalists and wine guides. On the estate, a Nature and winegrower's trail winds through the woods and vineyards, offering the chance to discover the rich flora and fauna of the area in a very pretty walk in the shade of the immense umbrella pines.

Owned by the Rouy family, this vineyard nestling between the Sainte-Victoire and Sainte-Baume regions applies very rigorous cultivation methods to get the most out of it. The grape varieties are diversified, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Vermentino and Ugni Blanc. It is also a castle that dominates the village, set on a rocky spur at an altitude of nearly 400 metres. Its lounges, its medieval vaulted cellar and its gardens lend themselves to receptions. A visit to the estate, followed by a tasting in the cellar is also possible.

Located in the Espaluns shopping zone in La Valette-du-Var, Cavavin specializes in the sale of estate wines, champagnes, spirits and gift boxes. Cavavin works primarily with independent winemakers, guaranteeing wines made with passion. In addition to in-store sales, Cavavin also offers a delivery service. Stretching over 42 hectares of clay-limestone hillside land in a single block, between Carcès and Montfort-sur-Argens, the Domaine de l'Estan, worked in sustainable agriculture and certified High Environmental Value (HVE), has been run as a family business for four generations. The Bataille family, independent winegrowers, produce typical red, rosé and white Côtes de Provence PDO wines from six grape varieties, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Vermentino and Carignan, which benefit from a privileged south-facing exposure.

In this 10-hectare AOP Côtes de Provence vineyard, Serge and Sébastien Ramella strive to cultivate the authentic, in the purest respect of the organic charter. Their wines, in the three colours, can be tasted in their shop located in the village centre. The Ramella family is also a family of beekeepers for 3 generations, which proposes to you to discover its honeys of rosemary, acacia, heather, chestnut tree, thyme, lavender, arbutus and savory. Éouve is the Provençal name given to the ancestral holm oak. An exceptional terroir.

The Saint-Marc cellar offers 230 references of wines and spirits, more than 100 domains! From Provence of course but also wines from other regions, some organically grown, natural wines, Italian wines and spirits referenced with care and passion. The cellar is well cared for, with a pleasant tasting area. This is the full-size wine list of the adjoining eponymous restaurant, where the chef Alexandre Dimitch, a lover of nature and good products, offers you local cuisine, homemade dishes revisited with inventiveness.

Founded in 1912, this is one of the largest cooperative wineries in the Var in terms of production: its 130 winegrowers, almost all located in Pourrières, produce an average of 50,000 hectoliters of wine per year (HVE label). Côtes de Provence, Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire and IGP Var are available in three colors; the Terres d'Histoires and 1912 vintages in particular, are regularly awarded prizes. Adjacent to the cellar, the store offers a wide range of bottles and bulk wines, as well as a tempting range of delicatessen products promoting the Var region.

Short circuits, hello! Hélène and André Sabatier, organic wine and olive oil producers since 2000, created this beautiful Maison de Pays association to honor the producers and the know-how of the surrounding villages. Today, it is their son Arnaud who has taken over the reins of the domain, and the passion remains. In addition to the wines in the three colors, the Maison de Pays offers local crafts and organic products.

The river Issole runs through this single vineyard, which covers 140 hectares, including 56 hectares of vines. A cellar dating back to 1896 is completed by a new winery which was built in 2012. The typical Côtes-de-Provence grape varieties: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc and Rolle produce high quality AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Vin de Pays des Maures wines, which can be tasted in the sales cellar, which is housed in a medieval building, as well as in two old 19th century ceramic vats.

The cellar of Flassans, associated with the cellars of Cabasse and Besse, brings a human and technical dimension which makes it one of the most important structures of the Var. The 1,200 ha vineyard is spread over 9 communes, half of which are classified as AOP Côtes-de-Provence. Some 140 winegrowers bring more than 6,000 tons of grapes per year to the cellar, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The Flassans wine counter offers a wide range of bottles and BIBs.

Philippe and Marie-Hélène Grammont manage this 6.5-hectare estate located in green Provence. In a landscape with an air of Tuscany, the 18th century bastide is surrounded by vines, olive trees and cypresses. 11 different grape varieties are cultivated in integrated agriculture with vinification on the estate. It is one of the most medal-winning estates in France. The estate produces AOP Provence rosé and red wines and local white wines. Valcolombe is particularly renowned for its Baroque cuvée, aged in oak barrels from the Tronçais forest and from Missouri.

The cooperative cellar of Pierrefeu gathers the productions of different wine growers of the territory. The blends are made in the cellar and sold in the adjoining store, which offers wines in the three colors, with a large predominance of rosé of course, with more than 80% of the production. The wines can be tasted on the spot and the welcome is friendly. Small regional grocery store and sale of crémants as well as wine-based aperitifs. Excellent value for money.

The estate, certified organic Ecocert since 2014, covers 120 hectares, where 36 hectares of vines are planted on clay-limestone soil on the bottom, very stony at the foot of the hill. The wines produced here are natural, without yeast, enzymes or chemicals. The range consists of 4 vintages in AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon: Bob Singlar, les Monges, septentrionales and OVNI 100% Nat. The wines are fresh, unique, carefully worked by the teams of the Mongestine, in the respect of the soil, the nature and the environment.

When you arrive in the center of Cotignac at the end of the day, it is impossible to ignore a small garden terrace nestled against the rock, where the atmosphere is festive. At the "tailleur de bière", you can taste the productions of the microbrewery of La Tuf, managed by Renaud, who came from the flat country to treat us. You are here in contact with the production and taste the beers "at the source": IPA, raspberry sour, triple saffron or a fig beer, no question of being bored here while ordering your beer.
