Château Rousset is one of the most prestigious vineyards in Pierrevert. Since 1820, the same family has passed on the taste of the vine and the olive tree. Today, Thomas Emery produces red wines composed of 85% Syrah, 10% Grenache and 5% Manosquin, fresh rosé wines harvested at night, as well as white wines, made from Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier grapes, remarkable for their citrus notes. The entire vineyard is certified organic. The oil of Château Rousset is particularly fruity and green.

For more than 100 years, the Distilleries and Domaines de Provence have been imagining and/or manufacturing aperitif or digestive specialties such as pastis, rinquinquin, farigoule (thyme liqueur) and absinthe for the most famous. Here we are talking about harvesting, stills, selection, maturity and exigency. Alcohols of character that exist nowhere else to be discovered and tasted in the store dedicated to welcoming visitors. The genius of these seasoned winemakers, who fought for the AOC, lies in their way of exploiting the climate and the soils. The estate has been producing organic wines since 2012 and was awarded the "bio" label in 2014. A vineyard of 50 ha, divided into AOC Pierrevert (mainly), IGP (5.5 ha) and one hectare of pinot. Syrah and grenache give the typicity of the reds, from a classic vinification or carbonic maceration. As for the cinsault, grenache and vermentino, they are used to produce excellent rosés. Several vintages are offered to visitors.

This exceptional estate was created in 1970 by Claude Dieudonné. 23 grape varieties are spread over more than 200 hectares, including two AOCs, coteaux-de-pierrevert and côtes-du-luberon. The diversification and the technicality brought to these vineyards allow to present a vast range of products. Régusse has been committed since the year 2000 to the Viticulture Raisonnée Contrôlée (VRC) approach. In the shop you will find all this production and also a nice choice of whiskies and rums as well as many local craft products.

Domaine La Blaque is a producer of AOP Pierrevert wines. With its vineyard and address at Domaine Châteauneuf, it offers visitors the chance to discover authentic terroir wines.
