Do you know what rank is highest in judo? Unlike the ideas received, the black belt is "only" the 10 th level of a hierarchy that counts 19. The highest distinction, the 10 th dan, is represented by a red belt that you get after decades of experience. France has two judokas 9 th dan. Frédéric Bourgoin, 5 th dan, took over the torch of his father Michel, 8 th dan, who created the club in 1964. Judo is taught at the age of 6 and the jiu-jujitsu (judo mix, karate, aikido called paraphrase self-defence, martial art for which there are no competitions) from the age of 12. 

Housed in the bridge house, the club is for those who love cards and wish to improve their skills and meet other equally passionate people. Bridge is a fun game that calls on your ability to implement strategies, team spirit and logic. It takes several games to master the art of bridge, but fortunately the association offers courses for all levels and all ages, led by teachers who are graduates of the University of Bridge. Club tournaments and simultaneous tournaments are offered every week to put into practice what you have learned and, above all, to have a convivial time.

An association and amateur vocal group, Arbolesco Gospel is made up of some thirty choristers. Through its free and original interpretations, the group shares a message of joy, freedom and love, carried by a constantly evolving gospel repertoire. Since 1994, the singers have been directed by professional choirmaster David Dubois. They are joined by two experienced musicians: Philippe Rak on keyboards and Stéphane Belloir on percussion. The choir often performs in concert shows. Arbolesco Gospel has also released several albums and DVDs. The latest of these are available for sale at concerts.

Taking its, effects, mixing and mastering are offered in this studio. Axel is at manettes. And be able to register a model, create a waiting message for a standard, put music on a movie: The Walnut Groove adapts itself. All these activities can now add the pressing in numbers.

Dr. Carter, this is the place where almost all the amiénois groups have gone to search for a répèt room. The area also offers studios and workshops and is therefore an interesting interlocutor for young groups. As a musical Vivier, he is not content with providing these services, since he offers a compilation every year, giving their chance to small trainings. Every year in June, he organizes his festival at the O Nord under the Mallard Hall with recognized groups.

Follow the Blavet wharf until the Pilots square. Continue Violette Quai to enter the Courtgain, the marine neighborhood. Mount the path of Calvary. Take the rue des Moulins, rue d'Argoules, rue Al-Prosper-Ravin, rue de l'Warehouse which runs through the old warehouse to the salts and return to the tourist office.

Follow the Blavet wharf again, then the boardwalk. Before the Jeanne-d'Arc wharf, turn left, rue Doctor-Lomier. Pass the Nevers door to the right which allows access to the high city. Take on the right a staircase leading to the city walls. Walk along (view of the bay) to Saint Martin church. From Saint Martin Square, follow the street of the Belfry, pass the Guillaume Gate and then take the rue de l'Abbaye to the Chapel of the Sailors.

Return to Rue de la Chapelle, Rue des Processions on the left, rue Saint-Nicolas on the right, rue des Fosses on the left, Piazza-Joffre, rue Questive on the right, rue des Sinks on the right and win the Place-de-Beater on the left. Drive towards the bay and then use the boardwalk to find the tourist office.

Parking on the Bay of Somme railway car park. From the station go to the gendarmerie and take the second street on the left. Cut the D 940 and descend to Le Mollenel. At the bottom of the coast turn right on the road. Win a crossroads. Continue straight to the gas station. Cut the D 48 and keep on facing. In Accompany's wood, at the fork, turn right. Cross a small road and then the D 2. Turn right, cross the railway. Take the second right road, turn right, turn left and cut the D 940. Take the D 3 on the left 100 m. Turn right on the road leading to the high town of Saint-Valéry. Win the promenade and then the train station.

From Morlay's equestrian lodge, go to the railway line of the Bay of Somme train. Take the road from La Petite-Digue and go along the railway line without ever crossing it. Leave two paths on the right. Obliquer on the left and then return to the north.

Take the road on the right. Pass the oratory and both farms. Arrive on the road of Hamelet. In Hamelet at 200 m left: Clocher chapel to «campenard». Turn right. After the houses, leave a path on the right and continue in front of a grassy path describing a curve on the left, then right and again left. Cut the D 140 and turn across 250 m and turn right and continue until the D 235. At the calvaire, take the D 35 on the right 50 m and then turn left on the trail. Continue on the D 140 and win the equestrian Lodge of Morlay while admiring the Hensons. You will be pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome of Carole and Thierry Unattainable, farmers and horse breeders, on their farm (see lodging section). In Ponthoile, join Noyelles-sur-Mer by taking the first road right in the middle of the village and then go to the river Dien, a starting point for many walks.

At low tide, discover the kingdom of birds. To park, take the access road to the sea. A parking lot is provided for this purpose. From the parking, take the path to the beach. Go along the coastal dune on the left. At the level of the blockhouse, turn left in front of the Ilette bank and continue to the right towards the north. Pass in front of the Restaurant de la Forêt and take the chemin des Garennes. About 100 m before Saint-Quentin, turn left on the sentier des Matelots which leads back to the parking lot.

Discover the coastline on the Eden 1, the Shooting Star or the Eros with Charles Masson who knows every wave on the coast! A wide choice of services from a short walk following the tide to a 6-hour fishing trip ... Possibility also to go by sea to discover the fishing port of Dieppe or to follow fishing boats.

Starting from the cliffs of the Sea, it is possible to rally Le Bois-de-Fm by the Foreshore as soon as the tide begins to fall, and then return to the summits via the Victor-Hugo panorama. Make sure you match the time required to go and the tides. Take this walk, preferably accompanied. Avoid walking at the very foot of the cliffs: chalk falls can occur, or even very dangerous landslides. Information from the Tourist Office.

Patchoune is the boutique for all lovers of knitting, embroidery, beads, scrap, saunas, canvas… Here we come because we want to create. It is indeed irresistible: 1 500 patchwork fabrics; 17 000 series of buttons (for 25 000 Abbevillois!) or ribbons. We come a long way to buy and learn new techniques or exchange ideas. Every Saturday afternoon: demonstration training open to everyone. Parking in front of and facing the Carrefour supermarket. 

Created in 1909, it is one of the two clubs of the Amiens-Glisy aerodrome recently equipped with a new glider and counting among its 250 members : Louis Bourdelique, French gliding champion. It offers three sections: ulm, gliding, motorized flight with theoretical and practical training, initiation, night flights, trips, aerobatics. A wide range of activities for both beginners and advanced pilots. Flights take place every day.

An idea of walking off the beaten tracks: port du Crotoy, climb north of the bay along the beach to the Parking parking Lot. Cross the parking lot and follow the fence to go back to the foreshore. After a very muddy road, join the bridge bridge and take 200 m to the right. Turn right. In Noyé Hole, turn right. Take the D 4 on the right 300 m. Enter the first path on the right (private road allowed for pedestrians). Go behind the hangars of the farm and continue right on the road. Facing the La Sablière campsite, turn left into the Discovery road. It leads to the D 4. Please note, by municipal order, traffic on this road is prohibited on Sundays and holidays from 15 September to 15 January. Go right and reach the centre of Le Crotoy by small streets.

Do not leave the signposted trail, which crosses a natural area protected by the Littoral conservatory, to help preserve the dunes, which are very sensitive to trampling. From the pedestrian place to Quend-Plage, take the rue d'Abbeville. On the right of the entrance to the parking lot, use the trail that goes into the dunes. Win a crossing. Access is possible from a parking lot located in the Plaine plain in the village of Belle-Dune. Continue straight and reach Fort-Mahon-Plage. Turn left, reach the beach by the avenue. Follow the beach on the left to find Quend-Plage.

From the sea Front of Fort Mahon, leave the beach towards the north and follow it on 2,5 m. Climb on the dune to the right and embark on the sandy trail. Move next to a ruined blockhouse and continue straight away. Do not venture to the right or left. The trail leads to a car park near the equestrian centre. Follow the road on the right. At the discovery trail turn left, take a little more than one kilometre and go to the old Fort-Mahon twice. Take the road on the left 200 m and turn right. Continue right on the main street that goes back to the seafront.

A dance association specialising only in contemporary contemporary dance and in modern'jazz (which combines contemporary choreography with jazz at a fairly sporty pace). Chantal Delaporte teaches his passion with great heart and rigour to get everyone out of himself. Small loulous can start practicing from 4 years by enrolling in the dance course that takes place on Wednesday. The courses take place in the Coliseum in the heart of the city centre of Amiens.

Amiens is a city known for its rich history and architectural heritage. Among the city's attractions is the Fédération Française de Longue Paume, an association or organization dedicated to the practice of this traditional French sport. This federation offers visitors the chance to discover and take part in activities linked to long paume.

Visiting the Baie de Somme from the water: now there's an idea that's a little different from the ordinary! You'll embark on a tour of the bay aboard a Polynesian pirogue, a va'a, or in a kayak: you'll have to paddle. Don't worry, though: the view of this unspoilt natural environment is well worth the energy expended. Departures are adapted to tide and participant schedules, so reservations are essential! There are several routes of different lengths: seal encounters, salt meadows, tour of the estuary...

The club has ponies but also horses, allowing it to also host young adults in new premises.

When you arrive in Glisy, you often look up to watch the planes, microlights and gliders flying around the airfield. The institution, born in 1909, offers its 150 members and visitors hours in the air. Different possibilities exist. If you are a novice, several circuits are proposed to you to discover the region differently. If you want to take the place of a pilot, there are training courses. For the more experienced, it is even possible to train for aerobatics. On land, a flight simulator allows you to reinforce your skills.

From Saint-Valery-sur-Somme to Abbeville, come and discover the Somme canal on board of pleasure boats which can accommodate from five to seven people and - moreover - can be sailed without a licence. The nautical base is located 100 m from the drawbridge at the exit of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme towards Le Crotoy. If you prefer, you can also rent a bicycle, classic, tandem or electric. You can then take advantage of the "Véloroute Vallée de Somme" cycle tracks to discover Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and its surroundings. Free parking.

Located a few meters from the quai Bélu, the Amiens Rowing Club is renowned and rewarded with many medals but it is also one of the oldest associations in Picardy since it was founded in 1866. The practice of rowing is done in competition mode for all or in leisure mode for adults only. You can start from the age of 11 provided you know how to swim when your teammates throw you in the water after victory. The association is labelled as a 3-star French rowing school by the French Federation of Rowing Societies.

The Salouel Golf Club is a nine-hole course of more than 2,150 meters, hilly and very technical, in a green setting at the gates of Amiens. Bunkers, water obstacles will punctuate your course and make it very interesting. Here, the atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. We don't come to show off, but to share the common passion of golf. The club-house, the hosts and hostesses as well as the members of the association have a lot to do with this good general atmosphere. Thanks to the Golf School, you can take lessons, for you or your children (from 4 years old), and participate in workshops to discover or improve your practice.

Le Safran offers a wide range of artistic workshops to discover or perfect your relationship with art. An essential hub of cultural life in the North Quarter, this conventionally-regulated stage is the ideal place to try your hand at the arts. For you and your children, you can choose between contemporary dance, hip-hop, artistic and physical training, theatre, ceramics, drawing, painting, silk-screen printing and even digital arts, which are the subject of a beautiful festival: the Safra'Numériques, in collaboration with La Machinerie. It is also possible to follow more punctual courses. A place full of resources!

From pre-planned historical tours to sightseeing outings, the Picardie flying club has everything you need to discover the most beautiful and interesting sites to fly over in the area. The Remembrance Tour, for example, will take you to the great battlefields of the Bay of the Somme. Located on the Amiens-Glisy airfield, the Picardie flying club is just 1? hours from Paris by freeway! Two professional instructors and a team of volunteers make up an efficient team that welcomes you with the greatest sympathy. The facilities and services offered by the aeroclub to pilots here couldn't be more comprehensive: bar, clubhouse (accessible to people with reduced mobility), computer equipment, lesson and flight preparation room (with access to weather forecasts, flight plans, fax, etc.), terrace devoted to barbecuing its "guests" in fine weather... The key word here is conviviality!

This is a place of art like they like them: open to the world, which does not pose a barrier, the only purpose of which is to emerge from unknown young artists and to facilitate artistic expression in all its forms. At the initiative several associations and artists who decided to pool their means. Here you can see all kinds of performances, the concert theatre at the concert, exhibitions of paintings, drawings, photographs, and also attend meetings and debates.

At the mouth of the Somme Maritime Canal, this maritime and river port has 250 berths, in the heart of the town, close to shops and restaurants. The visitor berths are located at the end of the pontoons. You will find a large number of facilities: toilets, showers, a laundry with washing machines and dryers, a bar and a brasserie, as well as a wifi connection throughout the port.
