Rivers, bays, pools, the region offers an ideal setting and varied to paddle merrily. This club more than thirty years was given for ambition to show the greatest number the joys of water sports. School paddle from 10 years, courses competition, framed tours for individuals (€10 for a 1:30 in the Market Gardens), there is something for all ages and all levels. Note that you can also rent a canoe for the descent of Avre on the day or half a day.

The Aquaclub de Belle Dune is a major attraction for those who want to have a (very) good time in the water during their stay in Fort-Mahon. The work carried out last year was grandiose, with a complete overhaul of the structure, the creation of a 25-meter-long swimming pool and a wellness and fitness area, as well as the restructuring of the restaurant (soon to be opened), changing rooms, beaches and pools. A magnificent achievement for hours of pleasure in water heated to 29°C!

You can't leave Fort-Mahon-Plage without trying out sand yachting on these vast stretches of sand! Eolia Picardie is the first sand yachting school in France, founded in 1985. Enjoy an exhilarating ride on a sand yacht on over 25 km of beach. Activities last between 2 and 3 hours, so you'll have plenty to see and do. Make sure you're properly equipped (warm clothing, boots or old sneakers, gloves and goggles), so you can take home some exceptional memories!

An enormous building, which has been displaying its 3,000 m² in the centre of Amiens for more than 20 years. Here, you will be able to eliminate the calories accumulated in the same waters as the greatest Olympic champions. Enough to be motivated! You will also be able to take out your ice skates, trainers, swimsuit and tennis racket. There are two ice rinks in the building, which can be transformed into a tennis hall or a handball court from time to time. There is also an Olympic swimming pool (50 m x 20 m) renovated at the end of 2019, a gymnasium, a judo dojo, a weightlifting room and an outdoor stadium with a mini synthetic football pitch. No more excuses for not doing sports!

Aqu'Abb is more than just a pool, it's THE swimming center in Abbeville! The Olympic-size pool lets you swim without discomfort. The complex also has a 25-meter sports pool, a leisure pool, a diving pit and a paddling pool for the little ones. There's also a large 50 m slide and a small one in the paddling pool. This is what you can do in groups of 7 to 11 people, for two-hour cruises or three-and-a-half-hour discoveries. Everyone is welcome to try this popular coastal sport. Three types of outings are on offer: Santé (for beginners or those with health concerns), Remise en forme (for those who regularly go long-distance) and Cardiotonique (for those who want a more intense outing). All in a magnificent setting and a great atmosphere!

From the beaches of Cayeux-sur-Mer or Le Crotoy (depending on the tide), you can conquer the sensations of kitesurfing. The Baie de Somme kitesurfing school offers discovery and advanced courses, as well as private lessons with a simulator. All these activities are supervised by state-certified instructors. As a reminder, you'll take to the skies on a board gliding over the water, towed by a kite. A breathtaking experience!

This brand-new aquatic center is a state-of-the-art complex featuring a large 25-meter pool, a leisure pool with massaging jets, a 3-lane pentagliss, a paddling pool and a wellness area. Ideal in any season, for a family outing, a get-together with friends or just for the pleasure of taking a dip! The wide-ranging program offers a host of activities, from learning to ride an aquabike to organizing birthday parties and workshops to combat aquaphobia. The water ski cableway is a system of aerial cables that provides traction over 500 m with a speed of 30 km / hour and gives you the same thrill as a boat. At the water ski cableway you can practice from the youngest age, the disciplines of water skiing, monoskiing, wakeboarding, wakeskate and kneeboard. This spot is suitable for beginners who want to try out the sport as well as for riders who want to improve their skills. The instructors adapt to the level and desires of each. The 22-hectare Domaine d'Eclusier-Vaux is home to a marsh of exceptional ecological and landscape richness, set up as a showcase for the natural heritage of the Upper Somme Valley. The marsh is home to a curiosity: the anguillère. Nathalie and Jérôme run the gourmet restaurant and B&B in the beautiful lock-keeper's house. Have you always wanted to try scuba diving? You've come to the right place! Supervised by a team of professionals, you will be able to learn scuba diving in complete safety and according to the rules of the art. The club also offers to learn apnea. The youngest are welcome from 8 years old to follow an adapted and playful training. Sessions are organized at the Nautilus and Providence pools, as well as in the open sea on certain evenings of the week. A club like no other, with the smell of the ocean, freedom and discovery. The club of the famous navigator Jean-Luc Van den Heede, holder since 2004 of the world's solo record on wind and currents. All practices are possible as long as there is no engine. The training takes place on Sunday afternoon when spring is announced on the water base of Argouvres. The water plan represents about 12 hectares well aerated and not high-bottom. Outings at sea are regularly organised to enjoy the joys of navigation.

This swimming club is in the direction of both children and teenagers and adults. The courses are delivered to the Vallerey (Alexandre Dumas Street) pool for children on Wednesdays from to and Adults, Saturday from 10 am to 12 PM. Through these trainings, the association covers the learning, development and preparation of patents.

Visiting the Baie de Somme from the water: now there's an idea that's a little different from the ordinary! You'll embark on a tour of the bay aboard a Polynesian pirogue, a va'a, or in a kayak: you'll have to paddle. Don't worry, though: the view of this unspoilt natural environment is well worth the energy expended. Departures are adapted to tide and participant schedules, so reservations are essential! There are several routes of different lengths: seal encounters, salt meadows, tour of the estuary...

From Saint-Valery-sur-Somme to Abbeville, come and discover the Somme canal on board of pleasure boats which can accommodate from five to seven people and - moreover - can be sailed without a licence. The nautical base is located 100 m from the drawbridge at the exit of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme towards Le Crotoy. If you prefer, you can also rent a bicycle, classic, tandem or electric. You can then take advantage of the "Véloroute Vallée de Somme" cycle tracks to discover Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and its surroundings. Free parking.

Located a few meters from the quai Bélu, the Amiens Rowing Club is renowned and rewarded with many medals but it is also one of the oldest associations in Picardy since it was founded in 1866. The practice of rowing is done in competition mode for all or in leisure mode for adults only. You can start from the age of 11 provided you know how to swim when your teammates throw you in the water after victory. The association is labelled as a 3-star French rowing school by the French Federation of Rowing Societies.

At the mouth of the Somme Maritime Canal, this maritime and river port has 250 berths, in the heart of the town, close to shops and restaurants. The visitor berths are located at the end of the pontoons. You will find a large number of facilities: toilets, showers, a laundry with washing machines and dryers, a bar and a brasserie, as well as a wifi connection throughout the port. The Loeuilly water sports center, located in Ô-de-Selle, offers a variety of water sports activities, including canoe, kayak and SUP rentals. Rental rates vary according to duration and age, with half-day and full-day options available. Guided canoe and SUP trips are also available, as are group activities for schools, leisure centers and birthday parties.
