It should be said that the Moulineau are butchers for more than years. Unfortunately, there are no longer many of them in Vendée who are true craftsmen of the taste and authenticity that manufacture their own products. And we deplore it! Moreover, Bernard and his son Pascal are fiercely defenders of the artisan tradition for whom the word quality still has meaning, which delights our taste buds. The boutique, located next to La Pataterie restaurant, proposes: black boudin, pluck, ham, guts… made according to the tradition of yesteryear. You will find them on the markets of L'Stimulus-sur-Mer, La Tranche-sur-Mer and that of La Roche.
