Maison Chevallereau is one of the island's leading butchery, delicatessen and catering establishments. Founded in 1962, this family-run business has been a byword for quality for over 60 years. In addition to quality meats (farm-raised veal, lamb, Vendée pork, farm-raised beef from the Vendée region, for which it won a trophy in 2017), it offers charcuterie, typical Vendée ready-made meals (terrines, pâtés, gratins, roast pork, cooked ham, prune pudding...), catered dishes including paella (chicken/fish) and rotisserie.
