The duck livers are deveined and we advise you to taste them plain, fresh but not iced, accompanied by a mellow white wine. LA BRASSERIE MÉLUSINE

They brew some fifteen recipes, from "Love and Flowers" wheat beer with rose petals, to "Puy d'Enfer" triple beer at 8.5°, "Hellfest" India Pale Ale at 6.66° and other ephemeral beers, an organic range, and a conventional range in bottles and kegs.
