This large equestrian center between forest and sea, offers rides in the forest or on the beach. The following activities are on offer: baby pony, traditional horseback riding, introductory and advanced courses, pony and horse rides and excursions, as well as carriage driving. At weekends and during the vacations, the club offers activities, courses, rides and excursions... We can also accommodate horses and riders.

On the seafront, behind the harbor, the Bourgenay Golf Club has two 18-hole courses, one championship course, combining a marine atmosphere, a national forest and a view of the marina, and the other, a Pitch and Putt course unique in France, which allows players of all levels to work on their short game while having fun. At Le Perrier, you're in the heart of the Marais, the Breton-Vendée marshland. What is a yole? It's the local name for a flat-bottomed boat. It was used by the inhabitants of the marsh to get around. A miniature harbor welcomes budding captains aboard miniature electric boats. They can choose to sail on a replica of a fishing boat or a Brittany Ferries liner, for a river trip on the Jaunay river, where there are only 5 of you on board. Three nautical bases organized on 3 sites: Fromentine, the Grande Côte, the Porteau. The different sailing areas of the sailing school of La Barre-de-Monts/Fromentine welcome people who practice nautical activities such as sailing (catamarans), sand yachting, kayaking. Its vast beaches open at low tide make it easy to practice sand yachting all year round, from 8 years old (like kayaking), alone or in pairs (two-seater sand yachting). Two other activities: kite flying and kite cart, which consists in pulling a kite from a sand yacht.

It is a CPIE Pays de Nantes-accredited association, which is a network of players working for the environment in the Nantes conurbation. Écopôle offers a range of educational programs and actions in the area, including nature walks, educational projects, training courses and teaching resources. They also work on themes such as water management, biodiversity, waste, responsible eating and energy.

The Comité Départemental Retraite Sportive de la Vendée is an association based in La Roche-sur-Yon. Their site offers information on hikes, guides and trails, as well as on available training courses. They also offer an order form for marking equipment, as well as a device called Suricate for reporting anomalies on hiking trails. What's more, they offer the possibility of discovering hiking for a day, a week or a month with the Pass Découverte.

Nestled on the island of Noirmoutier, this new generation water sports center welcomes visitors in search of physical fitness, leisure and well-being. Within its walls, a 25 m swimming pool, a large bath dedicated to swimmers and learners. On the relaxation side, adults are invited to recharge their batteries in a sauna and a bubble bath, while the younger ones can enjoy the slide. The Comité Départemental d'Équitation de la Vendée is the French Equestrian Federation's regional body. It represents some 65 clubs and 58 equestrian organizations belonging to the FFE, as well as 6933 licensed riders in 2022. In 2023, several events will take place, including the resumption of the departmental circuits for Hunter, Eventing, Show Jumping and Dressage, with 4 stages spread across the department. Points obtained at these competitions will count double towards qualification for the French Championships at LAMOTTE BEUVRON. In addition, the Vendée has four sites awarded the "Terre de Jeux 2024" label in preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games.

The lake of La Guyonnière extends over 14 hectares. It has a shaded picnic area with tables and benches, games for children. Fishing lovers will have a great time! Canoeing, kayaking or small dinghy and stand-up paddle are available for hire. Hiking trails await walkers or cyclists who can rent bicycles on site. In season, other activities on reservation (from 10 people): archery, Archery Touch, orienteering games, blowpipe.

This small karting track is located between the pedestrian street and the small market, right next to the QG bar. The FFSA-approved track is open to adults and children (Crazy Kart from 1.20 m; Baby Kart from 3 years). The 300-meter circuit is more technical than a conventional track, with plenty of chicanes. Welcome to the charming tourist resort of Fromentine! At the beginning of the train station, this family-run promenade combines nature and culture. All along the trail, panels trace the history of the commune. The journey, which is shaded, is moving first in the centre of the village, and is moving away from the coastline, offering you the passage of beautiful perspectives on the bay of Bourgneuf. At low tide you can even see the passage from Gois, which links the continent to the island of Noirmoutier.

Julien offers kitesurfing lessons on 3 spots : Le Gois, Barbâtre, Fromentine. From discovery to improvement, in private or group lessons, with courses which, for the group lessons, take place over 4 hours, you are 4 maximum per course. On the program: discovery of the environment, safety rules, piloting the kite in shallow water, relaunching the kite, towed swimming, introduction to the weather, control of safety systems... Kayak rental for 1 hour or more, on the river, the Jaunay, which leads to a lake. There are two bases for the practice of these leisure activities: the river and the lake.
