The Ferme Fruitière de la Hautière, in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, with its 35 hectares of crops and varieties selected for their gustatory qualities, is THE ideal destination to fill up on vitamins and fruit delicacies. In the completely renovated shop, you will find fruit and vegetables grown on site, but also products processed from local production by Alexandre, Benoît and their team. Many jams, compotes, sorbets, coulis and delicious fruit juices including the new strawberry nectars and sparkling fruit juices (strawberry apple, raspberry apple, lemon apple). Among the three succulent varieties of strawberries that have been created at the farm, the Capella is always a delight for gourmets. Let's not forget the soups whose benefits are no longer to be proven. The farm also sells fresh products from small local producers (meat, cheese, yoghurts, butter) and, in partnership with a wine grower, some vintages of the Loire Valley. You can find spreads from Gourmandises de Ludo, honey from Nicolas Roux, spices and teas from Épices à ma guise, herbal teas from Mathilde Beaudoin, beef directly from Jean-Pierre Martin, foie gras from the Mitteault family (Vienne)... Every autumn, Philippe offers tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, carrots and turnips. Radishes and lettuces come from a neighboring producer. You'll also find processed products made entirely in-house: apple and apple-pear juices. Finally, every Wednesday afternoon, a farmer comes to sell his produce: eggs, poultry and pork. We come here to do our shopping in a natural and exotic environment. We offer gourmet baskets with a wide selection of fruits and vegetables in season. When the weather is fine, strawberries from the garden and other seasonal products are featured. The children discover the animals: cows, ponies, pigs, donkeys, biquettes. In October, it is on the second site of La Chebuette in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles that organic apples and organic kiwis are picked!

The Rublé Farm is first of all a family story, that of Régis and Colette Boileau, joined by their son Benjamin in 2006 on the exploitation became organic. And it's also the story of passionate farmers who have been able to adapt and change their activity over time. Their dairy farm gradually diversified, with the creation of a cheese factory in 2008, followed by the creation of a vegetable activity the following year. In 2010, Martin (Benjamin's brother) joined the team to focus on beef production. At the Rublé Farm Store, there are naturally products developed on site: cheese and dairy products, vegetables, meat (beef, veal and pork), and there are also other products, of course: bread, pizza pasta, goat cheeses, drinks, fruit, groceries, hygiene and maintenance products.

Following the seaside in the direction of Saint-Marc, we discover a strange area, planted with towers, some of which are housing, facing the sea. Happy inhabitants who also have a small shopping centre where shops are very qualitative. In the Seasons, it is part of its fruits and vegetables and the rest of its ultra-fresh products, some of which are organic. The hotel also offers grocery and retail teas.

At 1 minute of the traffic circle of the Belle Étoile, place called Les Briords (direction Carquefou) there is a mental health establishment named Psy' Activ. Here, organic vegetables and fruits are produced. They also cook them to find them in the plates served in the restaurant Terre Happy. We also find plants and flowers to decorate houses and gardens. The difference is that the market gardeners and horticulturists are all patients of the hospital who are engaged in a course of treatment and social and professional rehabilitation. You can come and buy their produce (in the adjacent store) and even - from April to October - pick your own strawberries. In addition, the site has a Terre Happy vocational rehabilitation restaurant. There again, the patients are in charge of the kitchen and the dining room, and there is a second site, La Mainguais, where sewing, laundry, carpentry and stone cutting services are offered. Calling on Psy' Activ is above all a gesture of solidarity.

Muriel and Olivier, alias Olive and Mirabelle, opened this beautiful business in the Leclerc commercial area at the end of 2017. Passionate about their profession, but above all eager to offer their customers beautiful and good products from a sustainable cultivation method, they emphasize a fine selection of local products. On sunny days, the store is decorated in colour with a variety of tasty and original fruits and vegetables; during the season, for example, about sixty old Guérande tomatoes will be on the shop shelves. There is also a selection of cheeses, as well as a range of delicatessen products, including terrines, chocolates, biscuits and even atypical vinegars to be tested.

What a pleasure it is to pick up 100% organic vegetables, fruit and herbs directly from the farm! Laura has taken over and developed her talents as a farmer and market gardener in the "new" Bois des Anses farm in the Doulon-Gohards district (near Sainte-Luce and the east of Nantes). This woman with different professional lives is now blossoming on her farm with the fierce desire to feed us in turn. If you like apples, you'll love picking them yourself at the Maison de la Pomme. This family business has been opening its orchards to individuals every year from the beginning of September to mid-October for 50 years. It practices integrated and organic farming and offers about twenty varieties of apples and five varieties of pears (also cherries, queens, kiwis). Signs indicate where each variety can be found, and if you are unsure, you can taste at the reception desk to get an idea before filling your crates and wheelbarrow.
