Le Clos, Épisode cévenol, Free Style... Anyone staying in the Cèze valley will come across one of their productions (IGP Cévennes), which feature passionately crafted wines, a selection of natural wines, a prestige series and must-haves. Take a stroll through the 3 km vineyard to learn all about the estate. The wine bar and restaurant are open every evening in summer, and tapas evenings, wine and food pairings and concerts are regularly scheduled. An excellent, high-quality yet relaxed address.

Pierre Jauffret comes from several generations of winegrowers who have been working since 1856. In 2000, Château Terre Forte resolutely turned towards the future by practicing biodynamic viticulture. The twenty-hectare estate has several terroirs, mainly clay-limestone with deep, rounded pebbles. We like the Rouge, which has a "good picolability index", and for a biodynamic wine, it's well worth the detour in terms of quality/price. Don't forget to allow time for tasting.

Soccer leads to everything, even to the vineyard. In the field, Gilles Leclerc, a former ASSE defender (1998-2000) and - for those specialists who are interested - one of the architects of the Greens' rise to D1 in 1999. As the owner of the family wine estate in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, a picturesque village in the Gard between Nîmes and Avignon, the sporty entrepreneur manages his 30 hectares of vines, which are planted with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The young winegrower fell in love with the Rhône region, its peaceful hillsides, its rocky, mineral soil, its scents of garrigue. His wines? Côtes du Rhône, of course, which he bottles himself. His fifth cuvée, he named it "La Cuvée Verte" in remembrance of his former colleagues of the "Sainté" certainly, but also in reference to the reasoned culture he practises on an estate where two thirds of the grapes are still harvested by hand.

Domaine Natura" is a corner of the Duchy of Uzès wines that really deserves a visit. Viognier, roussanne and chardonnay for the white wines, syrah, grenache, merlot and cabernet-sauvignon for the reds, grenache and syrah for the rosés, all with yields of between 35 and 45 hectolitres per hectare. An interesting wine-growing address in the south of France, which also produces spring and summer fruits, such as succulent burlat cherries and delicious apricots, all picked when ripe, as they should be.

Everything is organic at this winery, whose origins date back to the 12th century. The domaine works with traditional grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan for the reds, and Roussanne and Viognier for a barrel-aged white of truly exceptional character. Chardonnay, Muscat, Merlot and Cabernet are also added to the list of grape varieties used to make vins de pays and vins de table. An AOC de Nîmes olive oil completes a house offer that doesn't equate organic with high prices. The estate also produces its own cereals to make flour.

At the Domaine de Tavernel, Pierre Amphoux and his daughter Denise Compagne have been producing quality wine since 1980, on vines certified for organic farming. Wines from the Gard and Bouches-du-Rhône regions, their wines have won several medals. White, rosé and red IGP Gard wines will accompany your dishes throughout the meal. Last but not least, a pioneer and committed producer, the domaine has been offering a wide selection of organic wines since 1987... a production that's constantly moving upmarket! Since 1941, the winegrowers of Château de Campuget have been committed to producing great wines, while respecting a terroir and a strong identity that honours Syrah and Grenache. The result: this Costières de Nîmes is found in the world's greatest starred restaurants. Today, the estate can be visited and you can discover its history.

In April, don't miss the Floralies de Campuget, an event on the estate which focuses on plants, but which above all allows you to discover the estate in a different way.

During your visit, you will discover the process of elaboration of the seven wines of the domain, red, white and rosé. For four generations, wine has been part of a true family culture. Eric Gravil took over the business from his great-grandfather, keeping the methods of his ancestors: bottling and packaging. If the wine production is sold to individuals who come to visit the cellar, it is also distributed in various businesses in the region. The GRSE range of white, rosé and red wines offers excellent value for money!

Mas Mouriès is located in the eastern part of the AOP Languedoc and AOP Languedoc Sommières appellation area, 23 km northwest of Nîmes, on the Cévennes road (D999 Nîmes-Le Vigan). From Sommières, follow the direction of Alès (N110) for 11 km, then follow the direction of Quissac. The estate is located on a very old site with a Roman villa discovered during the planting of the vines. The 20 hectares of the family estate are terraced along the banks of the Vidourle River on the hillside, facing south and protected from the Mistral wind.

The château produces wines of character shaped by the typical features of the Mediterranean landscape: sun, Rhône and pebbles. A perfect alchemy that has earned the château a place among the Costières region's finest wines. Three or four crus for each range of wines, at unbeatable prices. Signposted trails through the vineyards show the link between terroir and wine aromas. The estate offers winegrower picnics, vineyard aperitifs and tasting workshops with culinary accompaniment.

Located in Bourdic, this is a private, family-run winery, founded in 1925, where wine is a carefully-crafted nectar, a domain of excellence with prices almost equivalent to those of the winegrowers' cellar. Mediterranean grape varieties - Grenache noir, Carignan and Syrah for reds and rosés, Grenache blanc and Viognier for whites - are used to produce AOP Duché d'Uzès. Extra-meridional varieties, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds, Chardonnay and Sauvignon for whites, are used to make IGP Coteaux du Pont du Gard wines.

On a favourite terroir, in Nîmes, Marcel Hermann cultivates 45 hectares of old vines. Harvested with art (small yields of 15 hl to 40 hl/ha), these old vines give very typical wines with evocative names: the red AOC Lauzières, the red AOC Sabines, aged in barrels. The cuvée Calice, made from a very old Grenache with a very low yield and a long maturation period, is a pure wonder of the highest quality. Don't hesitate to discover the entry-level cuvée "À l'improviste" for whites, rosés and reds of a very good quality-price ratio.

It's here, in the heart of the Petite Camargue, where the 30-hectare Mas du Notaire vineyards give birth to exceptional wines with sun-drenched southern aromas. Built in the middle of the ^19th century, this estate rests on a unique soil, carpeted with rolled pebbles, swept by the impetuous Mistral winds and reddened by the sun. You can take part in visit and tasting workshops to discover the estate in a fun and educational way. The main house is an authentic Provencal mas, and offers charming gîtes for rent.

Le Clos des Américains has come a long way: after being devastated by phylloxera in the ^19th century, the majority of winegrowing estates were saved by introducing more resistant American rootstocks. Le Clos des Américains takes its name from this event. Today, the wines of Bruno François and Pierre Villebrun are finely composed of syrah, grenache and cinsault. Quietude and southern charm in the midst of the vines will punctuate your visit between Nîmes, Arles and Montpellier, between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean, in the sunshine under the song of the cicadas.

This estate combines vineyards, wine tourism and art. This is a historic estate - there are traces of vines dating back to the 12th^century (L'Ermitage used to offer wine to pilgrims on their way to Compostela). The first winery dates back to the ^18th century. Today, the fourth generation of the Castillon family is at the helm of the estate, dedicated to producing an excellent Costières de Nîmes in three colors, biodynamic and organic, cultivated with aromatherapy. Here, love and respect for nature meet the very best in wine production.

The three colors of wine are produced with grape varieties of great renown. And the two winegrowers have several appellations: IGP Cévennes and AOP Duché d'Uzès. On the 40 hectares - nothing less! - cultivated on eight communes of Uzège from the principles of sustainable agriculture, Olivier Galant and his wife have been working since 1998 to enhance the richness of the local territory. After leaving the cooperative, they vinify their first vintage in 2014, perpetuating five centuries of vineyard work on these lands by the Galant winemakers.

Gilles Rouchon, assisted by his grandson, offers wines from the Pont du Gard hillsides. At Mas des Plantades, you'll find a wine for every occasion, every dish, every meal: their cuvées are called Amitié, Partage, Héritage, Hommage, names that set the tone. These independent winemakers are all organic. And at every wine-tasting evening organized by the Mas des Plantades team, sometimes forgotten values are brought up to date with wine and appetizers to be enjoyed in complete conviviality.

The "Picheral" estate is located in Mus, a small village in the south of France. The diversity of grape varieties (merlot, cabernet sauvignon, marselan, syrah, muscat) grown on this estate is at the origin of this range of AB-certified wines. With a Grenache rosé available by the bottle or bag-in-box, an Evidence oak-aged cuvée for the reds, or more demonstrative, colorful wines, you're sure to find the cru you need to accompany your usual or unexpected meals.

A family of winegrowers who, since the ^15th century, have passed on their passion and authenticity for the Gard terroir from father to son. Lionel Rampon is the ^16th generation to cultivate and vinify the 20 hectares of vines planted in the Cévennes countryside. Controlled yields and cool summer nights allow the vines to express their full aromatic potential. Domaine Sainte-Octime also offers the possibility of renting a reception room and a ten-bed gîte for one or more nights.
