This winery has been rewarded for its quality policy, from the choice of grape variety right through to bottling. Sustainable management, controlled yields, terroir selection and judicious blending produce quality wines with excellent value for money. For example, Roca Fortis, a regional Côtes du Rhône Villages made from a plot selection dominated by Syrah, is an unfiltered cuvée aged for two years in oak barrels. In the heart of this charming village, surrounded by immense natural rock ramparts, the winery has been home to around a hundred passionate winegrowers since 1939. Combining cutting-edge techniques, traditional know-how, respect for the environment and appreciation of the terroir, this winery produces prestigious vintages: AOP Languedoc, AOP Pic-Saint-Loup and IGP Pays d'Oc, both organically grown and sustainable. A stone's throw from Anduze, just below the ruins of the medieval Château de Tornac - and since 1924 - Les Vignerons de Tornac have been lovingly and passionately crafting a wine from quality grape varieties. Most of the 400 hectares of vines have been organically farmed since 2002. The great diversity of the terroir, which winds its way between the rocks of Anduze, the Cévennes and the Gardon, has produced wines of the highest quality: IGP Cévennes, IGP Pays d'Oc and AOP Duché d'Uzès. You have to taste everything at the Cave de Tornac, because you'll rarely be disappointed!

At the crossroads between Occitania and Provence, this cellar, the first wine cooperative, was created in 1937 and is still in operation. It brings together 90 VINE GROWERS who, with grape varieties of syrah, grenache blanc and noir, mourvèdre, cinsault and more, produce the historic TAVEL rosés and LIRAC Crus, as well as Côte-du-Rhône and Côte-du-Rhône Villages. The tasting room also hosts exhibitions and festive events at this site, which was classified as a historic monument in 2013.

Created in 1928 between garrigues and olive groves, the cooperative is easy to get to, in every sense of the word: both geographically and in terms of the cost of the wines. IGP Cévennes, IGP Pays d'OC, AOP Duché d'Uzès, two of which won gold medals at the Vins de Nîmes 2023 competition: the winery brings together the best of the region. The wines are made in a cellar that combines the knowledge of the ancients with modern techniques to produce wines as diverse as the terroir.

The last winery before entering the Cévennes. The cellar delivers with frankness several ranges of wines IGP Cévennes and AOP Duché d'Uzès. Daring and easy-drinking wines, with a strong character and multiple grape varieties: merlot, cabernet, syrah, grenache but also marselan and alicante bring ardour to the reds. Viognier, chardonnay, sauvignon, marsanne and roussanne dominate the whites, which also include a 100% chasan wine.

Maison Sinnae is the new name for the renowned Laudun-Chusclan, which brings together 200 cooperative winegrowers. This change took place in 2019 for a vineyard that wants to reconnect with its Gallo-Roman past. During the summer months, a stop at this bachique space is all the more justified as you can wander around the surrounding area and take advantage of the various events on the calendar, including afterwork aperitifs, tasting or gastronomic evenings, or even concerts. This dynamic winery also organizes the annual Vendanges de l'histoire in October.

Celliers des 3 Tours" is a cooperative winery born of the gradual merger of the Moussac wineries with Brignon (merged in 1990) and Boucoiran (merged in 2003). As each village had its own tower, the name "Celliers des 3 Tours" was chosen. At the cooperative's cellar, which has been growing steadily for the past eighteen years, you can discover, taste and buy Pays d'Oc wines. The wine is typical of the south of France, and particularly of the Gard department, thanks to this fusion of small villages. You can taste on site at the cellar.
