The Durfort winery really deserves to be mentioned, it produces wines under the PGI Cevennes appellation "Dufort la cave", "Pélous" and PDO "Duché d'Uzès". This last name is surprising. Strangely far from the village, the cellar is nevertheless surprisingly a member of the wines of the Duchy of Uzès. No matter if the terroir is not the same, it delivers its own nectars and the range resulting from this blend is very interesting, especially the Blanc du Duché, a true aromatic concentrate at a very low price, with white flower aromas. In constant progress, the cellar has won a few medals at the Uzès wine fair: gold for the rosé, bronze for the red of the "Cave de Durfort" cuvée and silver for the red of the PDO "Duché d'Uzès".
