The cooperative cellar of Gaujac is a small cellar founded in 1928. The tasting and sales cellar is at the entrance to the village. Its cooperative winegrowers cultivate today 180 hectares of vines around the village in an area which is on the edge of the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation, at the foot of the Roman oppidum and bathed by the sun of the Gard, giving great wines with subtle and fruity bouquets. Authentic wines, with a great diversity of red, rosé and white wines, perfect for both small and large occasions.

The vine grows on the sand! Sand wines have been known and appreciated since the 14th century. This terroir produces an original wine with a subtle aroma in which the image of the sandy coast on which it was made is reflected, a barrier coastline that runs along the Gulf of Lion between Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and Cap d'Agde. The siliceous sands and limestone that make up the soil and the marine micro-climate constitute a natural environment, unique in France.

Jarras is a sandy vineyard steeped in history. This estate produces a unique wine, made from vines planted in the sands of the Camargue. It offers you soft grey wines, pale coloured wines which reveal all their finesse... It is one of the most beautiful wine estates and is home to an incredible flora and fauna. You will discover this magnificent estate during a visit on board a small train. This guided tour continues with a visit to the historic cellars and ends with a tasting of the estate's wines.

The Casa del Sol Cellar has changed its place. You will now find it Channel Road, but what persists, on the other hand, is the quality of the reception and the relevance of the advice you will receive. You will always find wines from countries, from costières-de-nîmes but above all from the wines of the Château Bolchet domain, with a beautiful novelty this year, a white wine based on Grenache and Roussanne (5,90 € the bottle). This characterful terroir brings power and elegance to the Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier and Chardonnay grape varieties that make it up and flourish here. The vineyard's privileged geographical location enables it to produce a wide variety of appellations: IGP Pays d'Oc, IGP Cévennes and AOP Duché d'Uzès. The "Vignes, Vins et Patrimoine" (Vines, Wines and Heritage) discovery trail, with its explanatory panels, starts at the winery and offers a delightful stroll through the vineyards.

Founded in 1914, it is one of the oldest wineries in the region. The 85 or so cooperative members, working on some 500 hectares, all have the same objective: quality. The cellar offers a wide choice of vins de pays d'Oc, vins de pays du Gard and Costières de Nîmes, with Merlot, Grenache and Carignan for the reds, and Sauvignon and Colombard for the whites. Bulk wines are also available, including bag-in-box, and a number of cuvées such as Cuvée Goya. Finally, quality products such as Beaucaire olive oil, honey and fruit juices.

The Syndicat des Vignerons du Duchy of Uzès is a vineyard that has naturally found, over time, the contours of the former bishopric. The appellation covers the 3 colors: red wines, rosé wines and white wines, with 29 labeled cellars. Here, the Compagnie Bachique inducts, during its grand chapters, personalities from all socio-professional backgrounds who participate in promoting the reputation of the wines of the Duchy of Uzès. Since merging with the Cave de Crespian in 2002, the Cave de Moulézan, whose origins date back to 1923, operates a winegrowing estate stretching from Moulézan to Savignargues, via Montmirat, Cannes-et-Clairant, Saint-Théodorit, Montagnac and Aigremont! You'll meet winegrowers who respect the land and passionately craft wines whose personality shines through... As the award-winning vintages testify, the whites, reds and rosés sold on site are of excellent quality. Enjoy your tasting!

At Caves et Domaines, you'll find a boutique dedicated to wines from all regions, with a wide choice to suit all pockets and all types of connoisseur. Local wines at just a few Euros a bottle rub shoulders with grands crus and champagnes. There are also whiskies, rums, beers and gourmet products. The house also acts as a relay for farmers' baskets filled with vegetables direct from the grower. A must for lovers of fine wine and local produce! Enjoy your tasting!

This mid-altitude terroir is nestled in the heart of a canton with a rich historical past that has retained its rural character. The cooperative cellar is open by appointment. Local products are on sale in the cellar. Honeys, tapenades, olive and grapeseed oils and much more are displayed alongside bottles of wine. Just stop by for a tasting and discover some fine AOC Côtes du Rhône wines, which win several medals every year at competitions in Occitanie, Orange or Paris.

This is the place to go for wine tourism, to find out more about the Gard Côtes du Rhône. It will delight everyone, from neophytes to connoisseurs. A fun, interactive exhibition, featuring digital technology, will answer all your questions. Where does wine come from? How is it made? Which grape varieties are grown in the region? What are their specific characteristics? There's also a special quiz for children, so they too can learn more about this "grown-up" drink. Discovery workshops are offered from time to time.

Les Vignerons des Capitelles at the cellar in Euzet offer a full range of red wines IGP Gard, IGP Cévennes, AOC Duché d'Uzès, IGP Oc in white, rosé and red varieties. You'll be welcomed into this historic cellar, dating from 1917, in a pleasant setting, where you can enjoy a range of bottled wines, as well as bulk wines. A range of regional products is also on offer, in an architectural setting dating back to 1927. And every "Friday frichti" is a feast for the palate, with food and wine pairings to match.

Le Caveau is at the heart of the "Vin des Sables" appellation. Here, you can taste the wines of the sands, and in particular the famous gris de gris produced by the winegrowers of the Sabledoc winery (an entity born of the merger of the Sablons, Saint-Louis and du Môle wineries). The cellar also offers the chance to discover other products of the Camargue terroir: fleur de sel, rice, olive oil, Cartagène and bull sausage. A veritable temple for those wishing to learn more about Vins des Sables and, more generally, the Camargue identity!

The winery was originally created through the merger of the Générac, Calvisson, Beauvoisin and Saint-Hilaire wineries. The Syndicat Viticole de l'Appellation Tavel promotes a unique rosé: Tavel, AOC since 1936. Its history dates back to antiquity, and its reputation has grown over the centuries. The two wineries merged in 2010 to form a single entity with 70 cooperative members. However, each of the two cellars has retained its own identity: the Vauvert cellar, which has been in existence since 1939, produces top-quality Costières, while the Gallargues cellar, which has been in existence since 1929, is more focused on Vin de Pays d'Oc. This winery produces and sells the harvests of a 700-hectare wine-growing estate spread over the communes of Sommières, Salinelles, Aspères, Campagne, Garrigues, Lecques and Fontanes. The tour and tasting will give you an insight into the work of the winegrowers who work on this vineyard while respecting the land and nature. In fact, the entire vineyard is managed using sustainable agriculture methods, and part of it is undergoing organic conversion. A fascinating experience!

Welcome to Mas Seren, in the heart of the Cevennes! Yes, the rhyme is deliberate, as EmmanuelleSchoch, the owner, will explain. This native of Lyon has been planting her six hectares here in Monoblet for ten years (tasting and sales are in Anduze). The estate is surrounded by scrubland and oak forests, bathed in sunlight and watched over by the stars (which give the estate its name: Seren means "star" in Welsh, and each wine is named after a star).
