He makes around forty homemade ice creams, using natural products (Bourbon vanilla, Sicilian pistachios, Valrhona chocolate...), which are produced in the workshop adjoining the store, and certain "must-haves" such as coconut, chocolate or blueberry remain on the menu all year round.

Yohan and Cyril embarked on their adventure by opening their ice cream parlour in Sommières in 2018. These two brothers, originally from Alès, offer a wide variety of ice creams, smoothies and milkshakes for you to enjoy. Choose from several bases (yogurt, cow's milk, sheep's milk, plant milk) and flavors (fig, blackberry, mango, raspberry). Let the frérots guide you to the best combinations.
