LA DOLCEZZA
This little shop in the center of town rediscovers the noblest of artisanal ice creams. Trained in Italy, Chef Simon pays tribute to local heritage with flavors as original as they are delicious, such as "la Romaine" (almonds, figs, orange zest), Camargue hay or orange blossom honey. The organic milk comes from a farm in Haute-Loire, and everything is homemade. We're happy to sit on the terrace, especially in summer, to savour a sweet that has won a Gard Gourmand award. An ice-cold break that's well worth the detour.
