Nîmes' heritage of taste has a new ice cream, created by La Dolcezza. Imagined as a tribute to the city's past, "Romaine" is made with almonds, fig coulis and orange zest. Several original flavors, such as Camargue hay or orange blossom honey, are worth sampling on the terrace. In fact, the ice creams are so good that La Dolcezza was awarded a medal in the Gard Gourmand competition... And with good reason: its certified organic milk comes from a small family farm in the Haute-Loire region: treat yourself!

Opening time and information on LA DOLCEZZA

Low season: open Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. High season: daily from 11am to 11pm. Open on Sundays. 3.50€ for a small cone, 5€ for a medium cone and 7€ for a large cone. Available by the half-liter or liter. Cheques not accepted.
