At midday, you can enjoy a quick lunch with a classic menu at 13 €. Since there is a myriad of kébabs and sandwich in cities, there are also a plethora of pizzerias where you can eat locally or to take away. Fast urban catering is a lot of fun, especially with the public for whom the traditional restaurant is out of budget. Young people, students, employees are enthusiastic about pizza, especially when you have to run at lunchtime and be at work or in college, having barely taken the time to eat. The Mignon Pizza, with its handcrafted pasta, is a range of 38 pizzas that the map has been displaying for nearly twenty years, restaurant that has developed in Nîmes since it opened its third teaching. The Nîmo-Nîmois can tell you that the only advantage of this Chinese restaurant is its privileged location, its large terrace, which will fit into the crown square. Here after 22 p. m., you are still receiving a smile and without pressing. Typical dishes from Northern India such as biryani (chicken, fish, shrimp, lamb or vegetables…) are cooked with rice in sauce sauce. The Epicurien has the chance to live on an historic square in old Nîmes, in the picturesque area of the Littré Island, with the strong medieval and Renaissance. The Moroccan restaurant can set its tables in the courtyard and enjoy a terrace, where you feel cut off from the urban world, quiet in the shade of the venerable linden. The map offers the oriental specialities you love: The royal hello of the four meats, a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, is reserved for the big meat appetites. Végétarien vegetarian, very colourful, compensates extensively for the variety of its vegetables, legumes and cereals, which it does not have in meat. The creamy lamb mouse stew has salty sweet flavours with cinnamon perfumed prunes. Other grilled meat dishes, such as the honey of honey, lemons in candied lemons but also Moroccan salad and kémias are all alternatives to traditional hello-tajines. So do not hesitate, pass the porch and discover the intimate room of L'Epicurien, which - success oblige - gives you great incentive to book your table before coming: The weekend is often full!

Marco also holds Le Tango, the restaurant opposite, with specialities of fresh pasta and Piedmont cuisine.

A few steps from the tourist office, this restaurant held by a family of Vietnamese offers Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese and Lao cuisine. In the summer, a few tables on the perpendicular sidewalk take advantage of the culinary journey and live music from the Prolé!

Held long by a Couple couple, this restaurant is nestled in a very discreet alley of Escutcheon. The facade does not pay a mine. However, do not hesitate to push the door of this restaurant where it makes good eating Asian in the beautiful dining room on round tables with tablecloths and orchids in the vase. The map combines Chinese, Vietnamese, Lao and Thaies specialities. Pho soup, tom yan (shrimp and slightly spicy) and lap, rarely present on maps of other Asian restaurants, reassure the insiders. At noon, classic and copious plates (Vietnamese salad, nems, meat skewers, Cantonese rice) are at 8 € and 10 €. This restaurant won't be known: It is a good place to stay in the heart of the city.
