Intimate restaurant with an original and inventive cuisine
Right next to the theater, this intimate eatery is a multi-faceted affair: restaurant, of course, but also tea room, Lebanese patisserie and delicatessen. As soon as you enter the small room, you'll notice the fifty or so tins of tea and the assortment of jars of loukoums in all their flavors. L'Arbousier stands out for its original, inventive cuisine. The menu changes with each season. The produce is fresh, the vegetables in season, grown locally in open fields. It's a journey through the Switzerland of the Middle East, Lebanon. Leave room for the patisserie, which is very low in sugar, the gluten-free chocolate fondant made with corn flour and the delicious bergamot or honey and rosemary ice creams, all accompanied by delicious teas - red, green, white, tchaé, oolong, earl grey - or coffees. The wine list gives pride of place to regional wines, but also offers a singular arbouse flower wine.

A hidden green in the streets of Nîmes! Excellent food, fresh product, original flavors. All the details are taken care of: from the segregation of the preventative to the color in your dessert! Outstanding service! Highly recommended.
Des petites pâtisseries délicieuses, et des boissons chaudes à tomber (mention spéciale pour le chocolat chaud). Et puis cerise sur le gâteau, la vaisselle est magnifique et on peut même l'acheter ????
