It is also one of the most charming and surprising places, with its succession of old cars and its multiple collections of exposed objects. A subdued atmosphere with a remarkable cachet. The menu, fresh and light at lunchtime, becomes more sophisticated and gastro in the evening: crayfish salad with mafana bream, grouper tartar with seasonal fruits, zebu medallions with morel cream, etc. Prices are a bit high for Mada but reasonable considering the quality.

Farm school of reinsertion of the homeless of Tana, created by the Franciscan brother Jacques Tronchon, and held by the cordial Fanja and her team. Originality of the table: your salad and vegetables (beans, zucchinis, tomatoes, cheeses, yoghurts...) are picked in the vegetable garden. The prices are very low and the site is deliciously refreshing. A good way to participate without miserabilism in the reinsertion of the poorest, near Tana. The ASA accompanies voluntary families, selected to benefit from the rural reinsertion program.

Very good cuisine proposed by a passionate and creative Malagasy chef, both for local and French specialties, the dishes are original and well presented: skate wing, octopus and mung peas, gourmet duo of goose, roasted piglet press, roasted duckling fillet with shellfish butter. Superb appetizer sauces that also serve during meals. In entry, Foie gras makes the case perfectly for two.
