Combat sports and martial arts Hauts-De-Seine

The C.S.A.H.R was established in 1968 by Raymond Le Brenn and brings together a large number of martial arts techniques: aikido, chauss'fight, senior gym, jujitsu, self defense, judo, karate, kick boxing, boxe boxing, Tai chi chuan. You can choose courses between all these disciplines, regardless of your level and age, and specialize. The committee has more than 1 000 members.
