Since 1957 when it was established in Louviers, Maison Clet has never stopped thinking bigger. It can now be found at numbers 4 to 8 of the same street, in a sumptuous and spacious space that offers a wide range of wines and spirits and all the best of the delicatessen. In addition to the thousand wines on offer, you will find nearly four hundred whiskies, rums, cognacs and calvados to suit all tastes, as well as a fine selection of foies gras, truffles, chocolates, jams, teas... Norman products are naturally given pride of place.

Located in the heart of downtown Pacy-sur-Eure since 1998, the Chasles pastry shop is an institution in the region. The establishment is indeed famous for its creations that are not only full of flavors, but also particularly pleasant to look at. But the great specialty of the house is of course the macaroons. These small round delicacies, soft and crispy at the same time, will delight your taste buds and your gustatory senses. Graine des Champs is a grocery store and a collective of over 50 producers and artisans from Normandy. Cédric Devienne, who initiated the project, offers for sale the organic products of his partners, all with exemplary traceability, from environmentally friendly production within a 50 km radius. This producer of apples and pears is part of the Welcome on the farm network. You can pick up, in season, and on the weekend, up to 15 different varieties of apples on the tree. On site, a store offers direct sale of apples, pears, apple juice, pear juice, apple jelly, gingerbread, honey and vegetables from exploitation, as well as cider, pommel, calvados and apple cream manufactured by a local producer.

Away from the small village of Triqueville, the Jaouen family has been cultivating a 14-hectare orchard for 25 years, where about 9,500 apple trees are perfectly aligned. A lot of work was needed to get the farm back on its feet, especially after the war and the passage of the Germans, but this challenge did not scare the Jaouen couple, who were determined to change their lives.

A challenge won since today, the Domaine de Ponctey, like a Norman bocage overlooking the valley, is gaining in reputation while working its 9 varieties of apples in accordance with the history and authenticity of the farm. Last but not least, its Normandy AOC pommel (3 years old and over) won the gold medal at the 2018 General Agricultural Competition.

The apple trees, all carefully replanted by the Jaouen family upon arrival at Le Ponctey, now deliver their delicious fruits picked, sorted by hand and then transformed into pure juice and pure fruit farm cider, into exquisite pommeau or even into calvados aged in oak casks. In a shop, in an old stable, the gourmet aesthete will also be seduced by products that combine know-how and tradition, such as unfiltered cider vinegar in the traditional way, but also original creations such as homemade apple jelly, which goes perfectly with foie gras, and a surprising cider brandy, which will delight mixologists in their quest for new products. Apple juice, a natural product with no added water or sugar, is added, made in the house. An apple art, according to the Jaouen family, to discover!

A young farmer from the commune, Alexandra Beaucousin, has brilliantly launched goat cheese. If in Normandy, cheese often means cow's milk, it is goat milk that she chose to work in her laboratory. Caugéen, log, butternut or salé, brick, apéribiket, white cheese, pyramid, milk, laminated, and traditional crottin… so many delicious specialities to taste. The Saveurs et Savoirs association brings together some fifteen producers and farmers from the Eure and Seine-Maritime regions as well as 200 families. Together, they defend the environment and the flavours of the land, through a plethora of activities: cooking or gardening workshops for children and adults, baskets of organic produce to be ordered once every two weeks, farm drive orders once a month, baskets of organic vegetables and bread delivered every two weeks, organisation of cocktails and buffets for communities and individuals.

Auzou is an institution in Normandy! In the family, we are chocolate from father to son and daughter, since 1918, and we find shops in the arms of the family in Evreux, Rouen, Le Havre, and recently in Amiens, in Picardy. The two main specialties of the house are of course chocolate, which comes here in many delicacies with evocative names such as the Evreux pavement (praline) or Number One (chocolate in a tender heart), but also the macaroons, and their multitude of perfumes, as delicious as the others.
