Claudine and Dominique Dartois welcome you in their beautiful half-timbered house. The hostel offers local cuisine. You will enjoy seasonal seasonal dishes. The small menu offers suggestions that change every day: Pigeon galantine, poultry, fish, normandes specialities meticulously prepared with a touch of originality… A good address, an inventive kitchen, a good value/price ratio, with a very nice welcome.

Located in the heart of the village on the Route des Chaumières, this restaurant, which is unmistakable with its orange-yellow front, has been run by new owners since September 2018, Cathy and Franck Ouvrier. It has two rooms, one with a fireplace and half-timbered walls, the other in a veranda overlooking the garden to enjoy the sunny days. The couple, together behind the stoves, offer you a traditional homemade cuisine, designed according to the markets with local products.

On the village's shopping square, the Auberge du Cochon d 'Or is located in a beautiful Norman house at the end of the nineteenth century. The chef, Jean-Marie Vendel, declines a cuisine respectful of products, seasons and traditions, with a touch of originality. In the evening, the reception is excellent and the lunch menus offer very soft prices. The must is the well-named epicurian menu with (hang on): Foie gras, turbotin filet, beef filet and Chinon candies, wood strawberry and passion fruit… The Bistrot menu changes every week, a beautiful formula to discover different flavors. The hotel also offers a tea room and a 3-star hotel with a very low price. In short, one without fault.

This beautiful wooden house offers authentic local cuisine with Norman accents and wide-ranging specialities (St. Jacques's soup, coquillages hop sauté…), to be tasted on the large flowered terrace and sunny in the sunny days. The house also offers catering service to take meals. The hotel has 7 rooms from 1 to 3 people (from 54,50 € to 92 €, breakfast 7,50 €) with views of the garden and the famous dungeon. Private parking closed.

In the small town of Aizier, on the banks of the Seine, on the tourist road of Les Chaumières, this restaurant opened in May 2018 in a beautiful building recently renovated by the municipality. The young managers, Raphaël and Manuela Bonis, concoct a traditional Norman cuisine, and also offer some very useful local services such as a bread depot and takeaway meals, as well as a weekend tea room. This establishment adds to the appeal of this charming village and represents an important project for the municipality and its inhabitants. The last restaurant closed in the early 1980s. A choice stopover for those who follow the Route des Chaumières or the Seine itinerary by bike.
