The chef, Jean-Marie Vendel, declines a cuisine respectful of products, seasons and traditions, with a touch of originality. In the evening, the reception is excellent and the lunch menus offer very soft prices. The must is the well-named epicurian menu with (hang on): Foie gras, turbotin filet, beef filet and Chinon candies, wood strawberry and passion fruit… The Bistrot menu changes every week, a beautiful formula to discover different flavors. The hotel also offers a tea room and a 3-star hotel with a very low price. In short, one without fault.

This establishment adds to the appeal of this charming village and represents an important project for the municipality and its inhabitants. The last restaurant closed in the early 1980s. A choice stopover for those who follow the Route des Chaumières or the Seine itinerary by bike.
