Warm colours of the fabrics (chairs of grey leather, red coeurs coatings) enhance the wood of the benches and parquet parquet. A succession of gourmet dishes drawn to classics, fine suggestions on slate, very fresh and regional products: croûte with franche cream, veau sauce, perch roasted with fenouils, beef ballotine with braisées carrots. There are many specialities: tartes, flambées, hot boxes, ham, morels, salads… Flammekueches (flambées) live up to their reputation and well-rounded. However, baeckeoffe (traditional dish based on potatoes, meat and vegetables) leaves a little to be desired. You can also pay attention to the small room, and provide a small committee.

Since 2013, Franck and Rémi welcome you to the Guest in a contemporary and friendly setting to taste their traditional French cuisine, prepared mainly based on products from local, organic and fresh trade. The meat is thus provided by the artisan Jérôme Babé, butcher-delicatessen-caterer, who only works from raw materials selected from local producers, and whose brand is located opposite! The dishes are home-made and their freshness guarantees the originality of the flavours… As you will understand, the quality of the products and the pleasure of the customer are the watchwords here.
