CAVE ANDRÉ BONNOT
Read moreThe Bonnot dynasty has been nestled in this Cluniac site since 1936, but its influence extends far beyond the region. Thierry has been developing it since 1990. This family-run winegrowing company makes it a point of honor to put Jura wines on a pedestal, with their meticulous winemaking and state-of-the-art ageing techniques. AU VIEUX MILLÉSIME
Read moreChristophe Voisin presents himself as an "independent and proud wine cellar". It presents its cellar as a lacquering for sophisticated amateurs already having a good knowledge of the world of wine. Nevertheless, he will not return the neophytes to which he will take the time to explain the flavors of this wine or the aromas of that wine. Passionate about old wines, the proposals are quite different from those of classical cavists, and we don't tire of letting ourselves count the history of these ancient bottles.

The old zinc counter does not pass unnoticed, even though it is not long. The bistro-style rooms with very contemporary decor play with wood shades. This friendly place offers a friendly welcome with an efficient service. The rich breakfast buffet and the midi formula in full menu are excellent value for money. The house aperitif with red wine, laurel leaves and Jura's marc is unique. It invites you to enjoy the dishes prepared on site with fresh seasonal produce. The map (in the evening only) brings together the specialties of Franche-Comtoise which delight gourmets (crustal crust, morteau sausage, cancoillotte or golden gold, Jurassian fondue). The accompanying sauces subliaise their flavors. Pizzas and burgers, to be enjoyed on site or to take away, are appreciated. Moreover, there are also some wine-making productions of L 'Étoile, regional Rouget-de-Lisle beer and the Jura cider.
