A beautiful area created in 2000 in the heart of the Ortolo valley, known as the source valley, which in the 500 th century had more than hectares of vineyards. Laurence and Elisabeth Quilichini-Phelip run the winery and olive groves on the property of 300 hectares, 12 of which are vines, exposed to the south-east. The vines are cultivated in a traditional way, without chemical fertilizers, weed killers or synthetic pesticides, certified organic. The vine thus keeps its natural balance and produces perfectly healthy grapes able to give the maximum of aromas. The Richarme family winery extends over 24 hectares, planted with niellucciu, sciaccarellu and vermentinu. In good years, it produces 900 hl of reds, whites and rosés certified AB - agriculture biologique - and practicing biodynamics (Demeter certification). The fruity, oak-aged Esprit de la Terre cuvée is a firm favorite, as is the Lion de Roccapina cuvée. As a bonus, there's a gourmet restaurant, a swimming pool, a camping area and even charming bed & breakfasts. Pure happiness!

Since 1991, Isabelle Courrèges has succeeded in developing her vineyard, which has become one of the region's best-sellers and is certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale). The typical Corsican grape varieties (vermentinu for whites, sciaccarellu and niellucciu for reds and rosés) produce wines of character. The Domaine welcomes you for a tasting. The cuvée Guillaume, aged in oak barrels for the red, and also available in white, will surprise you with its complexity and originality. The estate, created in 1885, covers 8 ha of argilo-granitic land and produces, annually, 130 hl of wines based on sciaccarellu, carcass, niellucciu and vermentinu for whites, which make the quality of island wines. The vine culture, carried out without fertilizers or weeding, is labeled ecocert.

Joseph Wheatcroft is from Corsica, yet in his boutique, carefully selected local products stand side by side with products from further afield, such as caviar and Petrossian products, salmon and foie gras, as well as fine whisky references: Ardbeg, Bushmills 21-year-old, vintage Oban, not forgetting the 100% local P&M. AOC wines from Corsica and elsewhere, and champagnes from producers. Philippe Farinelli, a talented oenologist, has been one of the island's leading winemakers since 1998. But his property was already considered as one of the jewels of Corsica's winegrowing in the 19th century! His range is remarkable and very much in demand. Notably the sublime "Casteddu" cuvée in red, white and rosé, made from selected plots with low yields and aged in oak barrels, ideal as a wine for laying down. The Domaine Saparale AOC Sartène cuvée is also available in all three colours and is the perfect accompaniment to all kinds of meals with its distinctly Sarthe accents. There is also an adorable hotel section consisting of beautiful charming residences, 3 magnificent sheepfolds immersed in the heart of the surrounding nature, among the 1,000 hectares of the property, with a swimming pool. Domaine Comte Peraldi, set in the hills overlooking the Gulf of Ajaccio, is one of the jewels in the crown of island viticulture. This family-run wine estate was replanted in 1965 by the Comte de Poix. At the same time, the cellars were completely rebuilt. The vineyard comprises 45 hectares of vines. Its wines, recognized for their quality by the greatest specialists, can no longer be presented, they can be tasted. The Domaine obtained organic certification in 2022. Visits and tastings at the estate by appointment.

Managed by Monika Boucher and her daughter Gwenaëlle, the estate is one of the precursors of organic viticulture in Corsica, certified in 1987. Rewarded efforts that delight the palates of the finest connoisseurs. The range includes the Granjolo in the 3 colors, the Granajolo Cuvée Monika, in red and rosé, and the "J", in red and white, an exceptional wine matured in barrels and produced in limited quantities. The grape varieties used are niellucciu and sciaccarellu for the red and rosé, and vermentinu, the traditional island white.

This new gourmet address opened by Stéphanie and Jean-Jacques Lovichi combines quality artisanal production using wild plants from the maquis and fruit grown on the island, with a warm welcome. The liqueurs, creams and aperitifs concocted by this couple are delicious, and the tasting sessions they are kind enough to offer us are thoroughly enjoyable. You'll be able to choose from a wide range of bottles, and listen in on their secrets and how happy they are to be able to work together thanks to this change of direction.

Laetitia Tola manages with her companion, Jean-Antoine Manenti, this young family estate of 10 Ha created in 1995 by her father. They offer us a beautiful range of wines with an exceptional ageing capacity. The Clos Ornasca has been undergoing organic conversion since 2017. It has traditional grape varieties from the Ajaccio appellation and works with Niellucciu, Vermentinu and Sciaccarellu. This is complemented by Muscat Petit Grain, which is not AOC Ajaccio, but PGI Ile de Beauté white semi-dry, very aromatic and fruity. A beautiful range in the three colours, the Stella cuvée, aged in oak barrels, and the Lesia cuvée in white, fermented in barrels, the result of ancestral know-how and the emblematic Corsican grape variety vermentinu are absolutely to be discovered!

Domaine composed of 50 hectares nestled between plains and hillsides, with very low yields per hectare. The personality of these wines is the result of the best use of the potential of the region, the climate and its island grapes. Vinified and aged in barrels, for the red and white, its confidentiality makes it an exceptional beverage, the rosé represents the best balance of the sciaccarellu grape variety, on granitic soil. The estate is completed by a sheep farm which produces brocciu and farm cheeses, from the specific pastures of this valley.

The San Micheli estate is one of the oldest in the "Sartène" appellation. Owned by the family since the 18th century, the estate was taken over in 1974 by Jean-Paul and Bénédicte Phélip. The vineyard is located in the Ortolo Valley, on the hillside at the place called "Capaneddi", facing south-west, at the foot of the Cagna mountain range, which provides it with temperature variations beneficial to the cultivation of the vine. The vineyard today covers 22 hectares planted with traditional grape varieties of the appellation, managed in a reasoned and traditional way. Our favourites: The red Tradition cuvée made from sciacarello, niellucciueto and Carignant grapes and the Alfieri Polidori cuvée, the latest addition to the estate, is a tribute to an ancestor of the family, a blend of sciacarello and niellucio by plot selection. A magnificent, modern, carefully decorated, freestone guest house, renovated in 2006, welcomes you to take full advantage of the estate and prolong the pleasure of this preserved nature.

In 1993, Yves Canarelli took over the vineyard, enlarged it and defined the current grape varieties, composed of syrah, nielluciu, vermentinu and grenache. In this place, the ancestral practices of husbandry and windmill are respected. Once harvested and pressed, the wine is high in Allier oak barrels. White, from the vermentinu grape, has a subtle, delicate nose where fruity and floral aromas blend. Red, from the grape varieties nielluciu and syrah, develops aromas of black fruit (cassis, ripe) and wild briefs. The rosé is developed with sciaccarellu, which gives it an aromatic flavor where red fruit and spices dominate. Remarkable Amphora wines in red and white that are unanimous with oenologists.

Since 1856, this beautiful property of 50 ha in the south of Ajaccio produces wines which are now Ajaccio AOC. The traditional grape varieties planting consists of sciacarello, nielluccio and grenache for the red ones, Vermentino for the white ones. Tasting and sale in the beautiful Relais du Clos with its bottles well aligned on metal yew. The space allows you to organise banquets and events around the wine theme. Our favourite is the rosé 2015 gold medal winner in the Paris Salon de l'agriculture and the red 2014. Try to find the confidential cuvée reserved in red 2011, a blend of sciacarello and nielluccio grape varieties.

Around the family home, for five generations of men and women, the Albertini family has grown its wines on 45 hectares. They press, vinify, bottle and sell red and rosé from sciaccarellu and white from vermentinu, among others. Local products such as terrines, jams, honey and homemade olive oil can be sampled in the store. You'll be warmly welcomed, and the tasting experience is guaranteed! Don't forget the local specialty: the famous late harvest sweet wine, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with foie gras.

The Baracci valley is enchanting, the light is at home here and during a moment of grace you will also find it in the bottle, because it is here that the grapes of the Sant'Armettu estate, created in 1996, mature. An estate of 40 ha where white, rosé and red wines are declined in several ranges Mino, Rosumarinu, Myrtus whose black dress augurs the richness of the aromas, patiently raised in oak barrels. The grape varieties are largely endemic: Minustellu in red and Genovese in white... Olive oil of the estate in two versions: Olealta and Spuma.
