Unavoidable, the Horiot champagne deserves a visit for its cuvées: the special Cuvée Jean-Baptiste, a blend of mostly chardonnay and pinot noir, with its beautiful golden yellow color; its Champagne Brut Rosé, elaborated by maceration in wooden vats, with a dark color compared to a blended rosé (white+red mixed), a pretty raspberry color.

Their 11-hectare vineyard is cultivated with a truly eco-responsible approach, using as few chemicals as possible. The grape varieties planted are predominantly Pinot Noir (80%). The wines faithfully reveal the imprint of their terroirs. Hats off to the Brut Nature and its aromas of rhubarb marmalade.

Champagne Marquis de Pomereuil also produces two champagne rosé cuvées, Rosé des Riceys and coteaux-champenois.
