LA FILLE DU POTAGER
Read moreThe Daughter of the Garden lost her father. Le Potager disappeared in October 2013. Staff was repatriated here. In the heart of the Bouchon, on the marketplace with bread, the exchange of currencies to the Middle Ages. This is for historic setting. Today, it is the shaded terrace and pretty little house tricassienne which gives the currency. In short, the location of the restaurant is ideal. The dishes are friendly and the food is good, you have a wide choice of dishes and salads, but none of hypnotizing. In summer, and even often, the great frequentation somewhat exceeds the waiters who do not have time to develop the friendliness. That is, it is a good value for money. The famous shank with lentils rivals almost fried sausage sauce chaource.

LE PAN DE BOIS
Read moreThe large room welcomes you to an efficient and polite service. We come to the wood paneling among colleagues, for a business lunch, because it's good value for money and the certainty of finding an appropriate place. The establishment is known in Troyes for its grills prepared in the huge chimney, and the products are local: Kidneys, snails, snails… The chef's terrine is renowned for its quality. The meat is famous and especially cooked with an art that never bothers itself. The wood pan is located 4 km from the historic center of Troyes and at the entrance to Dijon Boulevard. The house is recognizable to its timbers and is renowned. Do not hesitate to ask for a menu if you are many, the house is accommodating and has a room in mezzanine.
AU VIEUX PRESSOIR
Read moreThis hotel, in the heart of the village, offers comfortable comfort. In spite of the name, it is above all the flavor of the products of yesteryear that delight our papillae, fresh and carefully selected. For your budget, there are many elements at an additional cost, which is a little less chic. The bistr offers a good compromise to try this kitchen, with a decoration that contrasts with that of the restaurant: gray tables, against beautiful wooden tables and chairs. Try the East Forest snails, or the bullnut to preserve local products because the map offers many less traditional products.
LA MARÉE
Read moreAt the foot of the ibis hotels, the mercure and cinemas are some restaurants, including La Marée. The concept did not take water and guests can enjoy seafood specialities. La Marée remains a marine table to attend, although a little offcentre. The service is good: you are not exported. The decor is carefully designed. A room, of course, with the maritime theme, which plays on the blue and white, the model sailboats and a metal touch that recalls the footbridges ships. The decoration is therefore successful! You can draw from the menu try fish, with a trilogy of salmon, medallion of monkfish and its marmalade with chorizo, mackerel fillets and their shortbread with olives, and seafood! However, small grain de sel, the sea is not nearby, the prices are a little salt.

L'AUBERGE SANS NOM
Read moreIt's in Chaource that you find this original restaurant, held by the elders of Troyes's Illustrated, who welcome us with ease in their room decoration. We really don't believe in a hostel… The bosses are concerned about local specialties, the chaource of course, but also with a sorbet at Troyes's pruning, the annotate or the artisanal white cheese! However, some dishes are not always available, and it would be necessary to change bakery…
RESTAURANT AU CHAMPENOIS
Read moreChampagne, the land, is one thing, but the rusticity of the restaurant and its multifunctional side (between buralist, coffee and restaurant) have lost. The reception is quite noisy, we would like more heat, and a more maintained room and annexes… Kitchen level, the place offers traditional dishes, simplicity and freshness: crudity, peanuts of Troyes peasant, paved with rumstly rumble to morilles, or a stove of walnuts from Saint-Jacques to Noilly-Prat… The menus of the week are classic, and are lacking a little originality, like the menus Gourmand and Campagnard, but the kitchen is generally like the owners, warm.
RESTAURANT LE HÉRON CENDRÉ
Read moreThe team of the restaurant Le Héron Cendré welcomes you for a gourmet moment that it wishes you pleasant and friendly. Located in the heart of the regional natural park of the East Forest, you can enjoy the frame during all seasons, terrace, bar, lounge, dining room. On site you can simply come and enjoy a drink or restore yourself. Different menus are available for lunch and dinner depending on your appetite, meal time and budget. Our chef Eurotoque guarantees you a cuisine of quality and is cooked on the spot, accents of the land to flatter your papillae and make you travel.
CRÊPERIE LA ROZELLE
Read moreIt is one of the creperies of the pedestrian streets, while crossing rue Molé. Rather small, the tables are brought closer and not very adequate for discretion. Let us concede that the pancakes are good, without being exceptional, and the pancakes also, though sometimes a little charged. The ice creams are proposed, but one would like more flavors. Especially, the reception deserves to be worked. The waitress, to only thrash about, pushes people to buy drinks with a lack of diplomacy. As for the owner, who seems more observant than near to the clientele, he refuses you the credit card without care below €10 when you pass to the cash desk, under pretext that it is registered... behind the cash desk! Bref, a dish does not make very to conquer its public and more worked products would be welcome.
LE ROYAL DE SAINT-JULIEN
Read moreA large hall welcomes you but the small walls create places that preserve intimacy. Whether you are among friends, family or two, each table is adequate: a large round table of 8 to 10 people, under a kind of inner Asian Pergola, but also why not two. Original: Under the glass floor, fish calves happily in a concealed basin. The buffet is rich and fresh, with less Asian options for those who do not enjoy the extrême kitchen: fries, vanillas creams with caramel. The house now indicates that it uses moderation to avoid waste! Nems wants this, spring rolls, caramel pork, chicken of, sushi, Cantonese or Thai rice… Servers ensure that everything goes well and children are entitled to a gift. Among the size of the Asian buffets, this is a good address.

LA FONTAINE CAFETERIA
Read moreThe self La Fontaine left its remote area of Pont-Sainte-Marie to invest the Savipol area. Its restaurant, well-lit, with a beautiful terrace for fine days, offers an honest number of dishes, starters and desserts made by apprentices affected by a handicap. The staff is friendly, the toilets are retired, and you benefit from a loyalty card. If your dish requires preparation, you will be brought to the table. Attention is being paid this year to a La Fontaine USB stick for Father's Day. Savipol employees do not get there and come there regularly.
SAVEUR D'ASIE
Read moreThis restaurant, while descending straight from the station, does not pay a mine but is the only one in Troyes to propose, on site or to take, bo buns. The kitchen is visible from the room transparently, and the main preparations are presented in storefront. The Bo bun is divine, with ideally crispy nems and curry chicken pieces. The site does caterer also, and offers a formula less than four euros (Vietnamese sandwich and drink included). Affordable rates.
CAFÉ DE LA HALLE
Read moreThe Café de la Halle has yet again and in spite of it! Since 2012, the establishment, located in front of the village's Halles, had been taken over by the young Mathieu Thevenin following an accident, which had to take place again this year. More fear than bad and the terrace is at your disposal for a coffee or a meal. It is a pleasant restaurant where you can live, and the meals are still plentiful. The restaurant is modern and very pleasant. Simple and good products. Seasonal salads will seduce you (with fatty liver, crayfish or cleared gizzards in vinegar). In simplicity, this live coffee has the future.
PIZZ’A BELLA
Read morePizza Bella is ideally located opposite Dawn stadium with pastel tones and pizza-salad policy. The game nights are the rendezvous of the champions of the round ball. On-site or take-away, a phenomenal and diversified offer of pizzas is prepared live by the chef, who also knows how to prepare their pasta, salads and dessert, including the essential and delicious tiramisu, with de, chianti classico or a small French wine. The terrace, though narrow, is more valuable. But we love the smile and the flavour of the pizzas. Outside of the game, however, the place loses a little bit of its magic, lost in the middle of the avenue… then choose a delivery.
PIZZERIA E.LECLERC
Read moreIt is conceded that a cafeteria pizzeria might not appear serious. But here the pizza pole is detached from the snack, and it is sometimes a good compromise for a family outing. The pizzas are priced with an honest size and the assistant cafeteria allows you to offer a dessert and a drink at a lower cost. It's a little prétention, but troubleshoots well.
SNACK - MAISON XHAFLAIRE
Read moreJust on the edge of the beautiful beach of Géraudot you can find the Maison house. Here, the chef prepares us some good ones in the event of a round price. Furthermore, the service is efficient and friendly. The establishment is also a glacier and offers a wide choice of perfumes: burnt cream, nougat, caramel butter salty, coconut, mango sherbet or wonderful Italian ice cream! You have to taste!

LA TARTE FLAMBÉE
Read moreThe Alsatian restaurant of rue des Noëls migrated towards the downtown. From now on installed rue de Turenne, it is the place to feel in Alsace. Easy of access thanks to parking of very close the Beurnonville college, one does not hesitate to come there. Decoration, modern and simple makes that one feels well, and the dishes are concocted in the purest Alsatian tradition. As its name indicates it one tastes flammekueches, or flammekueche there, traditional (forest, browned, or normal) or special (Munster, goat and honey, or snails). Good namely: one can also order take-away. One also finds with the à la carte of the specialties more cooked to hold 48h in advance: choucroute furnished, kessler smoked, baeckeoffe with the three meats, or the very special roasted saveloy. The lovers will appreciate. The prices remain very reasonable for this new address to be discovered in the stopper.
CRÊPERIE AU P’TIT MOUSSE
Read moreAlmost a seaside resort… Located on the seaside of Dienville, on the banks of the Amance Lake, the P 'tit Mousse offers pancakes and pancakes to linger after the outflows on the water, while remaining at the first place. It is found here for all tastes, from complete to vegetables, from those to the antouillette and turkey. A few other dishes are offered on a daily basis. A good little address for quick meals during the summer holidays, with simplicity. However, it is regrettable that the reception is a little absent. We're not all tourists, and even… Attention also to the addition, which even for some industrial drinks is quite high.
LA TAVERNE DE MAÎTRE KANTER
Read moreLa Taverne, with its terrace, could be pleasant including an interior that is trendy. However, the direct proximity of cinema, which should make the evening or the pleasant meal, makes it one irritates or you are waiting, or the lack of smiling staff. Open seven days a week, it is these flaws forgiven from one enjoys a rebate from €5 on the bill with its ticket movie in hand. As for the menu, no real surprise for this chain. An opportunity to share his opinion on the film around a sauerkraut good size or a cod fillet with plancha, and even let us be crazy seafood tea XXL (for two) accompanied by a glass of champagne. Finally, next to action film, La Tarverne lacks dynamism.
HIPPOPOTAMUS
Read moreIt will be said, Hippopotamus, remains a reference of meat. Its value for money is excellent and everyone can find something to its taste. Here, no great inventive recipes, but some famous classics: Basque, classical or Savoyard burgers, of course, with XXL beef ribs, rumsteak pavés or other carnivores delicacies. The city of Troyes is also perfectly located, as everything next to the Cinema City complex. The restaurant is therefore more suitable for the Tricassiens who come out or go to the cinema than to the curious in search of culinary discoveries.
CAFÉTÉRIA CRESCENDO
Read moreThis cafeteria, on the site of the commercial zone La Belle Idea à Romilly, is pleasant by the décor it presents and by a mezzanine that welcomes groups and families. In addition to the plates and desserts arranged by plates, in which it is sometimes difficult to find themselves, and the vegetables at will cheaper, it has a pizzeria pole a little behind, on site or to take, and rather tasteful. However, depending on the time of arrival, entries tend to wander, and your pizza will sometimes be dropped on the counter… The customer gets her cold, and without a ticket… As for the garbage trash, we would have gone well. Finally, the timetables are unaccommodating: at 9:30 p. m. everything disappears, customers or not. In short, a cafeteria that should think about caring for its customers because competition starts to start nearby.
RESTAURANT URBAIN IV
Read moreBetween the city hall, the pedestrian streets and the church of the same name, its quiet terrace and interior, at the decoded decor with purple touches, attracts the eye. Yet, from the very day, the service becomes less rigorous, more tourist. Some tables take place behind a hedge to be along the church. If the price of the formulas is attractive and the staff are friendly, the base is worth filling. Salads certainly contain cluster tomatoes, but olives in boxes, very little meat, and a considerable mass of salad. As for the asparagus proposed that day, they were in duo and far from being seasonal while… with a small sauce. All the same, all the more so because if we ask for cooking to the people who are used to it, the same goes for tourists. A treatment too random to our taste and rather disappointing at the level of flavors…

The chef is happy to greet you at the end of the service to discuss his recipes.
