A picturesque half-timbered house, hidden by the meandering streets, awaits you. Inner courtyard, serenity and distinction, the building is beautiful. The interior decoration is studied but sober, without eccentricity, just like the service which is impeccable. The cuisine of this couple from the Vosges, who have been living in Troyes for a long time, attracts the finest palates. The menu is varied and original: pork feet egg rolls, turbot with Béarnaise sauce, roasted monkfish with bacon, a raspberry omelet to finish in style... The Valentino is described as the best table in Troyes.
