Here is a table that will charm the gourmets with a land and sea cuisine, a wink to the Breton origins of the chef, which marries marvelously well with some bubbles or rosé from Riceys. Here, champagne is of course in the spotlight. The pleasure menu, between foie gras with ratafia and homemade smoked salmon, is at the top of the menu, but the ideal way to discover the region remains the regional menu which offers an assortment of local flavors, from wines to the Viennese Chaource, with also the famous andouillette of Troyes declined in puff pastry!

Les avis laissés sur Google sont trompeurs…
La nourriture était convenable bien que manquant d’un peu de modernité mais
nous avons été CHOQUÉS par l’accueil du personnel, peu aimable et non professionnel. Nous avons été pressés pour finir notre repas, la serveuse disait haut et fort qu’elle voulait rentrer chez elle, en critiquant l’établissement. Nous
n’avons pas passé un bon moment.
