This vineyard is characterized by its chenin blanc grape variety, grown on a clay-limestone terroir. You can taste a selection of vintage wines spanning several decades, with exceptional vintages including 1989 and 1990. For special occasions, you can buy magnums, mathusalems (6 liters) and salmanazars (9 liters). Payment can be made by credit card.

Vouvray is available to suit all tastes: dry, demi-sec, moelleux or méthode traditionnelle, Touraine rosé (méthode traditionnelle), Bourgueil, Chinon, Saint-Nicolas are all available, and there's no shortage of tasting advice. You can visit the cellars (free, by appointment) and watch the winemaking process. You're also invited to stop off at the souvenir store, where you'll find a wide range of regional products (wines, jams, Vouvray grapes, poires tapées, etc.), as well as gift boxes featuring wines and local produce.
HOUSE OF VERON WINES

Since its opening in 2004, in the center of Beaumont-sur-Véron, the vast and elegant Maison des Vins du Véron, remarkable with its cellars in the tufa stone with sculpted walls, presents and defends 23 winegrowers of the Véron region who benefit from the AOC Chinon. Here is a perfect address to be well advised and to mix your purchases with a varied composition of bottles, from different producers. More than a simple wine store, this House is a center of animation of the local viticulture and oenotourism with tastings, routes in the vineyards (including the 9 km wine trail marked out at the start of the wine house), exhibitions of old tools, and for groups the possibility of eating. You will find local products on the shelves: saffron, honeys, wine preserves and jams, but also rillettes of Loire fish, some pork specialties, without forgetting the famous "poires tapées".
