Le Touloulou is over 40 years old! The panoramic restaurant is located on the edge of Petite-Anse beach. You can have your meal with your foot in the sand or on the deck according to your mood. The local specialities (burgots or clam blaff, fricassee of chatrou or lambicourt, fish broth, lobster) is prepared according to the arrivals, fishermen deliver themselves their products on the spot. Located in the heart of Grand-Bourg, in a two-storey building, this recently opened restaurant aims to breathe new life into the town center. Le Bison offers Creole dishes (colombo, dombrés, fricassée de ouassous, ragoût de boeuf...), as well as pasta boxes and a salad bar. After-work "chill & tapas" evenings are organized every Thursday, and the establishment also broadcasts the most important matches. The bar offers a selection of champagnes, rums and cocktails. The atmosphere at Le Bison is almost always lively!

Here's a healthier alternative to bokit, with no frying and no fat. Banton is the brainchild of chef Charles Valétudie. It's a pizza dough topped with spices like turmeric, baked in the oven and garnished with ground beef, chicken, bacon, tuna or ham and cheese. Hungry eaters can opt for the full filling, as with bokits. The sandwich's name is a nod to the old-timers who used to call their bread "banton". Charles and his wife Sabrina warmly welcome you to their sheltered, green terrace.

After Le Gosier and Jarry on mainland Guadeloupe, Loulouz has now set up shop on the island of Marie-Galante. This new restaurant is set right on the beach, with tables on the deck and a lounge area with its feet in the sand. Loulouz Beach offers cocktails, tapas and a menu focusing on local cuisine (lambi dombrés, grilled octopus, pork roussi, fish fricassee, fish tartar...) and a few traditional French dishes (magret de canard, entrecôte...).

In just a few years, Kreyol Fish has become a veritable institution on Marie-Galante, having recently relocated opposite the landing stage. A more accessible and friendly address, where you can enjoy tasty smoked fish burgers. Bread, fries, condiments: everything is homemade! The business is a family affair, with every member of the family pitching in, from sustainable fishing to preservative-free processing and catering.
