The local specialities (burgots or clam blaff, fricassee of chatrou or lambicourt, fish broth, lobster) is prepared according to the arrivals, fishermen deliver themselves their products on the spot. It is also in Touloulou that you eat the famous bélélé, a typical dish of Galante that mixes tripes, pig tail and smoked breast with dombrés in a vegetable and peyi roots stew! For those who can no longer leave, bungalows are available on site; as well as a nightclub for night owls that offers themed evenings.

At this beachfront address, Yolaine "Mayo" concocts traditional local cuisine from the heart. Here, recipes are handed down from generation to generation. According to some regulars, this is the best bébélé on the island, made with just four ingredients (tripe, breadfruit, green bananas and dombrés)! Also on the menu are the unmissable accras, catrou or chicken fricassee and homemade sorbets. In the evenings, the place is appreciated for its great atmosphere. Karaoke is organized every other Friday.

Located just across the beach from the^2nd deck, this restaurant offers tasty local cuisine. Ceviche-style chatrou, clam blaff, minced lobster salad, bokits, meat soups, browned beef or chicken... The menu changes daily. These unusual dishes are prepared with fresh produce by Olga, the chef, a true enthusiast and self-taught chef. There's also a delicatessen and a crafts corner, where Sébastien sells his fish leather creations.
