Read moreMarie-Galante's battery syrup is reputed to be excellent, and the Délices de Siblet syrup only confirms this. There are a dozen syrups available in a variety of flavors. Siblet's syrup has a consistent taste from one year to the next, and keeps for a long time. At Patrick Maurin's factory, you can watch the cauldron at work, while receiving explanations (always with a smile) on the process of making battery syrup. You can also taste the syrup and then make your purchases in the store, where pastries are sometimes available.
